So we're in the midst of having our roof repaired. There are predictions of rain today, and there was a 20% chance last night. Shortly before 2200 it starts thundering and the roofers show up to climb on the roof in the dark to cover the unfinished spots and put away some tools and materials they had left out.
I am choosing to be amused by this, as it worked out and nobody got hurt. It does show a certain level of unpreparedness, though.

I've been considering getting a blog! I wonder what blogging sites are best? ...And how to get those blogs noticed? Haha
i would recommend instagram !! it's a clean and stable place to look at new art etc etc and has a positive community, plus a good platform to boost your art and do fun challenges :>

I just tried the Japanese giant mustard I’ve been growing in my garden and it tastes amazing! I’ve never grown it before, but it’s really sharp, almost like horseradish. All of my plants are investing their energy in the tiny seed pods rather than the leaves, though, so it’s going to be a while before I can harvest.
Out of curiosity, does anyone here have a different tolerance for spice from capsaicin versus other “hot” foods? I love wasabi and spicy mustard, but I can’t handle peppers at all. I figure most mustard-like spices are more mild than even low-heat peppers, but I’ve come across some people that don’t like them for their sinus effects even if they love peppers.

I can't handle wasabi and spicy mustard (it all hurts my nose so much), but I use habanero to flavor almost all of my savory dishes.

They look too similar to borean wolf eggs? I've almost made that mistake a few times.

The one good thing about nulorn eggs is that you can use a cookie on them, though.

I swear, Spok feels when I have a disturbing dream. This is at least the third time when she cries and wakes me up while I have such dreams.
Went to her but she just stared at me as if saying 'stupid human, be glad'.
Must be some weird coincidence.
