i would like to think that at some point in my life, i'll be able to stop randomly recalling things that annoyed me years ago and getting stuck obsessing over old rage. maybe by the time i'm 30 i'll stop feeling the need to strangle people that don't even live in the same state as me anymore. i really hope so 'cause constantly remembering their lame asses really gets in the way of my pretending they don't exist.

I've been practising driving recently a lot more (3 days this week already with 2 more planned when usually it's once a week) and I've been really bad at it, I've also had a cold the whole time. I had started to wonder if it was me or if it was the cold. I googled it and apparently driving with a cold is as bad as driving drunk, which is tbh exactly what it felt like and I've made more mistakes this week than I have in a very long time. I can't believe I've done this, I was so caught up in working on my lazy attitude that I don't know what I shouldn't be pushing through. I need to get back into bed. I'm a reader/writer for an exam tomorrow too, hope I don't ruin that. I thought responsible people aren't supposed to let colds stop them...

Today I went back to my egg hatching in Pokemon Moon in the hopes of getting a shiny froakie, and lo and behold I got one I think I breed around 5 boxes worth of froakie (my memory is TERRIBLE and I realeased em once the box got too full though so don't take it as the full truth)
as for the specifics to anyone curious, I have never owned a shiny charm on any game, this was Masuda-method-ed and I was breeding a MALE froakie to a ditto so I was worried it might not end up with protean.

it has a serious nature, the ability protean, and no perfect IV's (I don't do competitive but it's still neat to have em)

This was a lucky shiny overall!

I ended up letting Piper and Cherry meet. Cherry is still really unsure about this but Piper is sending her all good signals. I figured she'd have no trouble. After her kittens were adopted out she was in a room with a few other cats. And they only said she ever had issues with the male cats.

Currently I have the door open a little bit for Cherry to poke her head in. I think she's just really pissed because she wants to sleep in the cat tree and that's where Piper is camping out.

EDIT: And Cherry decided to be the curious one this time while Piper started hissing at her.

I take hissing over down right fighting. Just keep doing supervised visits for a bit. Be ready to seperate them when you can.
