Computer is absolutely shitting itself after this stupid forced update. I've had 3 crashes in the past 20 minutes, and this last one showed the BSOD! I can't afford to buy another computer if this one is spontaneously deciding to die

Windows 8. I looked up the error on Google (it was dpc_watchdog_violation error ) and did a few things to try and fix it. Currently doing a chkdsk /f /r so I probably won't be able to do anything else until much laterAssassinsCreed wrote:Windows 10 forced update? I really wonder if they actually bother testing these updates before chucking them out at everyone. Mom's on a windows 7 and even their update fucked things up - her computer was suddenly incapable of loading up pretty much any added program that was already on it. She had to reinstall all her games. At first she actually thought her graphics card burned out.
This is why mine has permission to give notices only and always wait a few months to let my computer unpack the updates... they all start off with something screwy in them.
was just a few seconds from panic mode... couldn't find one of my rats in any of the huts in either cage.
she was apparently having a wonderful nap underneath a pile of fabric while the others were walking over her. it seriously looked like there couldn't have been anyone there. xD

That's actually where we stayed. The Oceano restaurant is where we (well, me anyway, my mom had something else) the all-you-can-eat sushi. Gambling wasn't too bad either. The machines had a decent payout and let us play for quite awhile.CinnaminDraconna wrote:I used to live in Reno. The Peppermill was my fav casino. All you can eat buffet for $10.. and that included prime rib, lots of other meats, pasta... and the dessert bar was to die for. Damn, I miss that town.. but unless you work at a casino, there aren't really any jobs.
Ah, back to the ol' ranch life. Didn't miss the work, but I did miss all the critters.
