When you finish a commission and you just sit there staring at what you've done praying it's good enough to send off and feeling like it's not
Also my commission centric perfectionism makes my art stiffer than usual .n.

My family is terrible about telling me things in a timely manner. Been a busy weekend, so I haven't kept up on the news. Today my mom tells me my aunt called my dad yesterday to tell him she loves him, because she didn't know how long she'd be alive.

My dad's family is in Hawaii. For anyone else out of the news loop, this was her newspaper this morning. (Sorry for the link, couldn't get imbed to work.)
So horrible for the people who got this ballistic missile alert!!! I can't even imagine the terror they must've felt. :t-hugs:

Yeah, even hearing the reports from my family was terrifying. People trying to get their children out of school, or get to family members, or get to safe spots. Heard things like people putting their kids in sewers/storm drains in hopes they'd be more protected. (Possibly might help for standard missle? Nuke is another matter entirely.)

And freaking 40 minutes to announce it was a false alarm?!

Devilman Crybaby is an awesome show. My friends and I marathoned it last night, though, so I feel like I missed out on a lot of subtle aspects.

Also if you watch it, its SUPER adult, so beware. Its a bit of a throwback to old fashioned anime-style hyperviolence.

God, I'm so slow lately. But I finished an illustration two days before the deadline, so I'll treat myself to drawing one of my OCs in super gaudy clothes before I continue with my to-do list.

I've been thinking about watching this. It looks fun, though I'm not generally big into anime anymore.

I tried watching it, but the art style annoyed me (petty, I know)

I read the manga, though, a while back, and it seemed like a decent story. I remember enjoying it, anyway

I usually don't see them very often...but in the past three or four days, every single time I've logged into MS, I've run into a Platy flood. Every time... I have spectacularly bad luck. :t-tantrum:

Not that there's anything wrong with platypuses, of course. I just don't need them. :derp:

when multiplayer for stardew Valley launches... wouldnt it be fun to have a MS multiplayer group to hang out with? :well: We could burn stuff!

Came home to no hot water. :| I was really looking forward to a hot shower.

Also found out my school's mascot is a fucking glorified accountant. :derp: Talk about lame mascots...
