It's hella big xD

Like it's as long as a Whale Shark, and taller than an elephant(African Elephants only get up 13 feet tall).
For those that don't use feet, it's 12 metres long and 4-6 metres tall.

Whatever it is must have long tail, and possibly a long neck to b that flipping long. And with that height it's obviously not a snake.

Maybe its dragon-like.

For perspective, Moose (the largest member of the deer family), only stand 1.4 – 2.1 meters(4.5 to 6+ feet) tall.
