I've seen some comments about the shorter hind legs; I was seeing it as having a hyena-like build in that regard. That was how my mind translated it at least. I really like how this creature came together though. It's a great mix of beautiful and nightmarish.

And the antlers...they are insane, I love them. Def going on my list of favorite creatures.

Hermagerd they're so pretty in day form aaaaaa I love both forms, partial to the night form but I love the color choice for the day. They do look still really menacing in day form even though they're the calmest in this form but that just adds even more to my love of them I think. It's like this scary evil looking creature with a sweet heart that licks your hand clean if you offer it food and could almost become your best friend to frolic with and then night comes, their fur turns dark, and they instantly switch to voracious monsters that will eat that same hand, then the arm, and then you

Regarding the hind legs - it does have a somewhat more hyena build with a sloping rather than straight back, so the back legs are shorter. o3o

As to the front legs, this is a normal pose I can put my own hands and wrists in and something I've seen my cats and dogs do before. The weight is carried largely through the haunches and the far arm while the one nearest to us is more relaxed rather than carrying any significant weight.
