Just trying to narrow down the options as to where it is and isn't working.

Multiple people can't get it up in Chrome, but can get it up in FireFox. So now I know you're able to get it up in Chrome, but not Opera.

So it's not working in Chrome or Opera, or at least is sketchy in those, works for some, but not everyone. So far, the only browser it seems to be consistently working in is FireFox.

Maybe it also has something to do with how old the computers are? As in, which Windows version is used. I don't have Windows 10 on my pc, so I've been having trouble with youtube the past few months.

And/or whether they're using the latest version of their browser. I remember several times where snaplinks and close-it has stopped working because a browser has updated itself.

Another good possibility. I'm running Windows 10, and have the most up-to-date version of Chrome. It's possible that an update dropped since the Monday before Labor Day because that's when it was last working for me.

Yeah, just checked, I use the latest version of opera. Did someone try clearing cookies? It solved problem for me.

Yeah, just checked, I use the latest version of opera. Did someone try clearing cookies? It solved problem for me.

Hadn't thought of that yet either. Had to figure out how to do it, since they took away the "Options" in the menu, but it seems to have done the trick.

I can't get it to open in Chrome Edge, or Firefoc. It finally let me in Opera. Which is kind of iffy, because sometimes I still get errors. *shrugs*

I'm using a mac so it can't be just a Windows thing and neither my sister nor I can access Yarolds on an android phone using chrome.

Use Safari. I got it to work there.
