Actually that one is no longer updated by DemonicJ. The correct place to download it will be http://www.webextender.net/scripts/show/149734.html .
All my up to date files are now at webextender!

http://www.webextender.net/scripts/sear ... cj&submit=

Any & all other previous versions of those scripts from any other website have not been updated nor will/can they be. So if you already have them from userscripts/greasyfork etc, I suggest you you update them from webextender if you want them to remain up to date.

I'm curious about something...

Two eggs of the same species... phoenix eggs which are fast hatchers.. added at the same time

Why would one phoenix egg hatch 30% faster than the other?????
I am in the process of moving house, so I will not be around much for the foreseeable future.

well it all depends honestly. Did you have enough credits at the time? Did you have any other links in those slots previously? Did you have a lot of links up?

Its also all up to people and how much they click! Not everyone clicks all the links, and only do what they can (which is awesome and we appreciate!) but that'll also lead to stuff like that. Since they are fast hatchers Im going to assume that 30% might be 6-8 clicks. So it's not too big of a difference where it should raise a huge amount of concern :)

Yes, I had plenty of credits
Not sure if those slots were previously used on the same day
I rarely have up more than 8 links at a time, unless it's right after a gifting event

The 30% came from what the 2nd egg still needed to hatch, after the first egg hatched.. no clue how many clicks that would be.

That's one of the things that have always confused/irritated me about Yarold's. Not all clicks are equal and it gets very, very confusing/irritating when you try to figure things out sometimes. I wish you'd sort the links into different categories.. some links can be clicked once a day, some twice, etc. and I wish you would separate them. Either that, or allow us to only click the links of a particular game. IMO, it should be 1 click equals 1 credit and you earn/lose credits on a 1:1 basis. Having some clicks be worth more than others is just weird.. and endlessly frustrating.

yeah I understand what you mean about the credits, and sorta agree. I can't ever see yarolds separating the links or allowing you to sort/search for only one link type and click only those. It's up to you what you decide to click, but its a click exchange and we are here to help everyone :)

The difference in hatching times has nothing to do with Yarolds.

I just snap linked two nandi eggs from the stream. Using snaplinks to get them meant they were caught & clicked within milliseconds of each other.

1st egg is at 1.38% the 2nd egg is at 1.06% (23% difference from just one click each). No other clicks obviously given to them. This game has a diminishing return on clicks. The more links you click in quick succession the less growth the egg/hatchling gets, regardless of where you hatch them.

That's not quite true. Every time a creature is clicked it will grow according to a certain pattern, which is the base value of the click (which is constant, though slightly different for certain species) and a random element. It doesn't matter how many or how few creatures you have previously clicked or when. ^_^

I believe the difference is caused simply by many people clicking only some links on Yarolds instead of all posted links, so links on the first slots get more clicks and thus make the creatures on those slots grow faster. Replacing the link on a already occupied slot vs. using an empty slot for a new link also seems to get more clicks for the one posted in the empty slot.

I'll go with that although it wasnt explained that way by tristan years ago (nor evident in testing using 4 of the same creatures. 1st clicked always grows faster than the next etc). Either way, 1 click doesn't give you the same result every time due to the mechanics of this game rather than the mechanics of outside exchange site

I just tested with 8 eggs of the same species, freshly gotten. They were clicked in the order of the creature numbers and grew from 0,00% to these figures:
1,84%
1,64%
1,73%
2,05%
1,40%
1,43%
1,91%
1,87%

On the refresh of the Keep page they are resorted from the highest % to lowest as my Main tab is set to default sorting, so in that sense it could seem that the "first" one always grows most, the second one second most etc.

Been a while since I have tested the theory out to that many eggs/hatchies, but regardless, to answer the original comment, 1 click isn't equal to the next click. As per game design
