Who the hell brings a 4 month old baby to a midnight showing of a rated R film!? WTF?!
Re: The How Was Your Day thread v2.0
It's not R, it's PG-13.Phoenixwildfire wrote:Who the hell brings a 4 month old baby to a midnight showing of a rated R film!? WTF?!

Thank you!xXAzerinXx wrote:xDJeccakat wrote:I barely play GPX anymore and when I logged in because I wanted to see what the new site looks like, I also signed up for the shiny hunt and grabbed 5 rufflet eggs. I had a feeling one would be shiny. Just hatched them; I was very right.
So lucky. x) Congrats!
I'm so happy~!
I was just about to give up on finding a Pidove in the Safari Zone for this exploration. On my last refresh and right before I closed out of the tab, I saw one there. It was just what I wanted, too! It had four previous owners, so it also gave me the Pass the Pokémon achievement! X3
I need to wait for these Roggenrola eggs to be ready to hatch before I can move on to the next task, though. I hope that I hatch a shiny Roggenrola soon. I'm up to 78 eggs now for this hunt. I was trying to hold off on releasing Pokémon, but I'm going to need to soon. These are taking up all of my remaining boxes! ><;;;
Very nice! And I hope you get a shiny soon.

Still, it's got screaming, shooting, and explosions. And the motherfucking Batman. Not exactly ideal material for a baby.Piney wrote:It's not R, it's PG-13.Phoenixwildfire wrote:Who the hell brings a 4 month old baby to a midnight showing of a rated R film!? WTF?!

I don't think a baby's going to remember watching a movie so young. I would be concerned about it crying and distracting the other movie watches though. If, you know, the shooting hadn't happened.Cassowary wrote:Still, it's got screaming, shooting, and explosions. And the motherfucking Batman. It's actually PG-13... But that's beside the point as it's still a loud movie and would scare it. I thought the same thing as you though. A couple brought a little baby into "Final Destination 5" when I saw that.Phoenixwildfire wrote:Who the hell brings a 4 month old baby to a midnight showing of a rated R film!? WTF?!
It's horrible what happened though.

The baby won't remember any of that. Not everyone can afford a babysitter. Parents shouldn't stop living just because they have children. One of my friends took her 7 month old to The Avengers which had plenty of that and she slept right through it. We all enjoyed the movie and I'm sure Bailey won't remember having been to see it later in life. I think the only thing I would worry about with an infant at a movie is the infant making a fuss anytime in the movie and distracting other movie-goers.Cassowary wrote:Still, it's got screaming, shooting, and explosions. If they can't afford a babysitter, then they shouldn't go to a movie. Loud noises scare babies, why would you take a baby to see a movie like this to begin with?KorrianaVeil wrote:=

Parents shouldn't stop living, but they should have common sense. Go see it, if you must, when it's been out a couple of weeks, during the day when it's not going to be busy and you won't disturb people if the baby starts crying, not to a sold out midnight showing.
