That is actually somewhat similar to what I was thinking for a sapient beetle ally. Somewhat humanoid, but insectoid enough that it was clearly an insect.
Feather wings? Look no further than harpies and hawk-men ;).
What ally would you like to see next?

All driders are evil though, All driders are essentially based off the D&D basically

Not really. The original concept, yes. Just like the Our Vampires are Different trope, well...there can be many different kinds of drider. Not every vampire is like Dracula, after all. I few examples I've come across were decidedly non violent.

Re: What ally would you like to see next?
I would like something similar to the Viperox
But a Seraph would be really amazing. They look really cool, with having three pairs of wings and all.
For guild-specific allies, I still hold onto my idea of Battleaxe Minotaur for the Dark Brotherhood, Battlespear Merman for the Water Guild and.. Hm, some kind of Battleclub Tree Ent for the Herbalist Guild.
But also, a Huldra, or Skogsrå, would be cool.

I think it would be beautiful with.. Hm, I could almost imagine it having really long red hair, not really ginger-orange, but slightly more red, and a ginger orange fox tail with a white tip.Wikipedia wrote:The huldra is a stunningly beautiful, sometimes naked woman with long hair; though from behind she is hollow like an old tree trunk, and has an animal's tail. In Norway, she has a cow's tail, and in Sweden she may have that of a cow or a fox. Further in the north of Sweden, the tail can be entirely omitted in favor of her hollow or bark-covered back.

With my mind in lala land, yes it is possible for a drider to be good, but no I dont think they would want to become an ally.

But maybe that could be the thing! One drider who is acting differently and is shunned by its kind and then joins the Magi and form a friendship. Hm, I don't know a thing about these creatures, but it could be like that.Cavalla wrote:Byakugan01 wrote:Not really. The original concept, yes. YouTube-search for 'Doctor Who: Dreamland' to see them in action

We cannot use the viperox themselves. We would be infringing on copyright, and likely end up with a lawsuit against the site.
