as far as sappy couple pet names go i get the feeling that "dumpcake" probably isn't as well received as "cupcake"
and one putting on their most flowery sugarvoice to call their child that in public would probably gain some really odd looks from strangers

OMG I saw that!! Not gonna lie, I was seriously considering begging my mom to go to McDonalds...But I think there's a bunch of animals you can get. So I wasn't going to order 20 Happy Meals :lol: But yes, I was very excited when I found out!

Apparently, "dumpling" is a fairly common sappy pet name in the UK, I read it in a few different British novels, so maybe someone fused that and "cupcake" together?

And speaking of names - I wonder what Will and Kate will name baby. He was born on St George's day, but they've already used that name.
