How Was Your Day Thread V5

Today is just a fucking shitty day.

My night - slept late (6 am) due to my left leg 'cramping' up. I have no better way to say it but it is fucking agony and I have a high pain tolerance. When I finally got to bed, I woke up repeatedly due to it even though I had taken my muscle relaxants. It's godawful when you're terrified to move your leg because it will set off a spam/cramp. After 10:00 am I just said fuck it.

Woke up at 10:30 feeling sick to my stomach, and that ridiculous headache that makes me throw up. And then I had to go get more muscle relaxants (and other medications) because I didn't have enough. Walking was a fucking pain in the ass. Riding the shuttle bus was a fucking pain in the ass.

K is upset with me, for good reason - it was entirely my fault. And he's also obsessively playing Overwatch so he can get a Lunar New Year skin. Which means no HotS. And I seriously want to level HotS so I can get Lunar Boxes.

But more than that, I just want to spend time with him. I get that he is busy but that doesn't make it any easier.

I have so much shit to do but I just do not want to do any of it. I'm in pain, I am depressed, and I just cannot.

Oh, and I have to talk to talk to my mother, grandmother, and aunt today or tomorrow. I am not looking forward to that.

Went back to gym today for the first time in 2 years it was harder than I thought. But you don't lose weight by doing nothing about it. If it were easy everybody would do it. But I wanna lose 8-10kgs of fat, and replace 5kgs with muscle, so this is gonna be a long and hard process.

I just have to replace chocolate and hot chips (fries?) for berries, and veggies. Right now I'm currently happily munching on sugar snap peas and raspberries. I mean, I eat healthy anyway, but I also eat junk on top of my healthy stuff, so I need to take the junk away and have less dairy. Dairy is my weakness. However I really do like the almond ice cream, despite not liking any other dairy replacements. But thank you, I'm going to need it hahaha

I just want to feel less bloated, and not have to buy new clothes, coz I like all my clothes and they're starting not to fit
