Why did these Crystalwings have to be such a pain to hatch to a low percent? They kept popping out above 1%
And even my last batch wouldn't cooperate. Ergh.

I'm watching Shrek 2 and I've been thinking very deeply about the beginning. Like, Shrek did try. He didn't want to go, but he did for Fiona. He tried to ignore the prejudice faced against him, but the King was rude. "Your people"? Fiona did change for Shrek, that's true, and Shrek was trying to be a bit more proper for her, but it's not his fault her father is unaccepting....

I drove on major intersections for the first time today. My meds wore off by the time I did it, which made everything worse. I can still feel the sheer terror.
Busy with school but you can find ways to contact me on my profile if you need to reach me.

I wish Yarolds made a close it script for all the adoptables that don't need to be fed/interacted with by clicking a separate link. I'm looking at you Valley of Unicorns. I mean, filtering out the ones I actually need to interact with takes me ages.

Re: How Was Your Day Thread V5
Thing is, historically, "chill, it's just a joke" (or the earlier century versions of such) were used to normalise language that was degrading and hateful. It's how unacceptable ideas and actions become normalised. If people are constantly making jokes at another group's expense, they're exhibiting social domination over them, and not allowing them to protest when offended further demonstrates said social domination. Excusing behaviour that was out of line and offensive as "just a joke" contributes to the idea that women don't have autonomy and should just accept what men tell them, which is a toxic and dangerous social structure.Soleil wrote:Apparently he was a 'friend of a friend' and I went off on him. My friend was like "Chill.. he was just joking" so I yelled at him too about how that is NOT a joke and NOT funny when I don't even know this dude.KorrianaVeil wrote:WHO DOES THAT?Soleil wrote:Some stupid fuck at a con decided it would be just /hilarious/ to make a dick joke while I was eating a hot dog.
A) I didn't know this guy
B) I was in a bad mood from no food & a headache
So I lost my shit. I screamed at him in the middle of the con-floor. My friends were standing around like O_O cause I never do that shit.
"Oh. Hurr hurr. Lemme just sexually harass some stranger trying to eat. Hurrrrr."
I make sexual jokes A LOT with my friends, but that's the key... MY FRIENDS. People I know. People that will find it funny.
That's like saying a gay person or other minority groups shouldn't be offended at being called a slur because it was "just a joke". No, that's normalising the slur and therefore making it easier for the majority to marginalise and control people's perceptions of and actions to the minority.

Don't know if this would work, it's a suggestion - Yarold's has a script where you can filter out the ones that DO need an extra click. So if you choose that setting, and then click through how many pages you feel like of the ones that only need one click, and THEN remove the setting again and refresh... Then most, if not all of the links will be those that require some sort of action. At least the first couple of pages, depending on how many of the one-click-critters you've gone through.Meow wrote:I wish Yarolds made a close it script for all the adoptables that don't need to be fed/interacted with by clicking a separate link. The giant mass of ValleyofUnicorn links will be gone by June 2, if that helps any. The event eggs/foals that aren't yet adulted by then will simply vanish.

Ooooh whats that one called? And yes, knowing the walls of Valley Of Unicorns links will go back to normal does help a little.NyxNoire wrote:Don't know if this would work, it's a suggestion - Yarold's has a script where you can filter out the ones that DO need an extra click.
