The Marmaros Titan live in large packs of forty or so creatures. They, however, are only spotted roaming during their mating season. This is because they hibernate throughout the rest of the year in a form most inconspicuous, large piles of embedded rocks. When they are finally awakened from hibernation, Magi have determined that their hides appear to be of marble, perfectly carved for their forms, though they are fully capable of crinkling their stone-like faces in expressions that match often match humans. To attract a mate, they show off their collection of leaves that they will stuff into the cracks and crevices of their hides, and the more brilliant in colors the better. Both males and females participate in this ritual, though males seem to make headdresses and chest pieces from their leaves while females will make patterns across their arms, legs and necks. The Marmaros Titan stand, when resting upon their knuckles, at an average height of 6'1", however, if they stand up on their hind legs; they easily tower over 7 feet.

The Marmaros Titans choose heavily isolated places that are close to thick forests. They are also sure to choose places that lack almost all human contact, as they will sleep in their marbleized forms until the changing of the leaves awaken them, thus somewhat leaving them vulnerable. Their marble forms during this time appear to be large rock beds, and have been targeted before by humans attempting to use those rock beds for crafting marble statues and furnishings. These creatures are very dangerous if woken early into their hibernation, often due to the nature of their awakenings being danger to their pack. While these titans are docile when encountered outside of hibernation and are known herbivores, these creatures often intimidate those who stumble across them due to their excessive size and stern appearances.
