Re: White Wolf
(before I start, I just have to say this. Thank you to everybody who is reading this!)
If I could die in a vision, I don't think any wolf would ever had heard of this story. I saw myself, staring at Snow/Me in horror and disgust. I was staring back and the vision me with equal horror.
"What did you do?" Vision me asked.
I could not answer. I saw the scenery melt, like wet paint. Vision me melted into the surrounding air. I saw my own green eyes staring at me. They glowed as brightly as two shining stars, and did not melt like everything else. I could feel myself floating away... so far away...
I was shivering like crazy. Somebody warm was pressed up against me. I could smell my own cold fear and blood.
I had a vision with Snow watching! I cursed myself.
Snow looked at me. "What happened to you?"
"I-I" I stuttered. I could not hold her angry gaze for long. I looked away, staring off into the trees. "I don't know."
Snow whipped her head around in front of me. "What happened?"
I didn't answer. Instead, I said, "You're not the only special one around here." I got up on shaky legs and turned towards the woods, away from Snow. I needed time to think.
A river wasn't too far from here; I could hear it, and it sounded loud. That would be a good place to think. I padded away.
When I saw the silver-gray water of the river flowing by my paws, I sat down on the pebbles. There was no snow this close to the river.
What did my new vision mean? Normally, my visions were confusing, often filled with double-meanings. Sometimes I got lucky and the meaning was right out there.
I didn't get lucky.
I was Snow again, and Black was at my paws. I looked around, and saw nothing but terror, trees, and rocks. But what did that mean?
I was staring at myself, with a mix of horror and disgust. Why? Was I going to change into a monster?
Then there was always the possibility of my vision being just what it was. Maybe Snow really was going to kill Black. Maybe there was nothing I could do about it.
But that brought up my next question. Why on Earth would I be Snow instead of myself in the vision?

Re: White Wolf
(choco566, trust me, you have no idea whats gonna happen in this story. I have been known to lead people in one direction, then through them in an entirely new one. Thank you everybody who has read this, and i'm sorry I haven't written anything until today!)
I couldn't answer any of my questions. Was I the only one in the world with so many unanswered questions? Why was life so confusing?
Something crunched in the snow behind me. I knew that it was Snow by the sounds of her footsteps. I did not turn around.
"What's the matter?" Snow asked.
I still didn't turn around. "As I said before, you are not the only special wolf around here." Maybe it was time to explain things to Snow.
"What do you mean?"
Yes, it defiantly was. "My brother and I are very different. For one thing, we don't live in a pack." I began to explain my parents, skipping the parts I had never told Black. "I think my parents former packmates were afraid of us. I think they ran away to protect us." I paused. "Black has an a amazing sense of smell, but horrible hearing. For me, it is the complete opposite. Black has some power over emotions. He can change the way you think about another animal, make you angry, smooth over arguments, make someone afraid. I have... visions. I see what will happen, although the visions are never quite clear."
"What did you see this time?" Snow asked. I could hear her sit down.
I did not want to tell her about Black's death, so I lied about the vision. "I don't know. It was dark, but I could smell blood. That was it." It wasn't entirely a lie, and I didn't feel very guilty about it.
"You are lying."
I began to feel cold. "I'm not telling you what I saw! I never will!"
That was the end of that.
