Oh, wow, someone's been reorganizing the shop. It's less cluttered now, with separate sections for separate things. Drifting over to the "Mousiporium", you notice there's a new kind of trap around - box traps. Less fragile than the jars, which are now sitting defunct in a corner. You purchase a box trap and some cheese, then go and buy a pot and a Shrive scroll.
Returning home, you drop off your goods and go to breed some of your mice. You breed your test subjects a couple times, obtaining a couple pairs of purple offspring.
You then give your test subjects a couple of potions (they're living up to their names quite well) and breed them again.
With that done, you decide to do away with your leftover jars, and go hunting with them. You're more careless than usual with handling them, but still end up with 6 left over after catching several mice.

You buy a mess of things from the strange little shop you just discovered and truck it all home. Once settled, you use the sparkley potions to grow a couple of your pots, then pour your two color potions onto one of the grown plants. The blue mixes with the petal's red to turn purple, then the white potion turns the petals pale in color.
With that done, you take your box trap and go hunting for wild mice. Once in a while a mouse escapes with the cheese, but most of the time you catch them.

You purchase a sparkleglitterfabulous scroll and read it aloud to your regular plant, imagining the colors of your draconic friend. Whoa, colors.
You then mix a white and blue potion together and pour it into the pot of the purplish one after pouring in a plain blue potion. The plant's petals turn bluer in color, then take on a sort of steely look as you pour in the mixed potion.
Enough with messing around with plants, how about going hunting again? You set your box trap up and lie in wait, fingers on the string, cheese tucked well under the box's shadow. You soon catch a mess of mice. They aren't very smart, it seems.
