NOTICE: MoiraMoira and I have recreated the thread. We're going to do things a bit differently. Don't worry, though-- your dragons, potions, food, and points won't be lost!~ You can find the re-created thread HERE.

Hello, and Welcome to the Pearl Dragon Adoptables!~

~Here, you can have your own dragon-- at a price, of course! New species are being discovered occasionally, so of course more will be in stock once we find out how to get them. Remember, though, you must care for your dragon at all times, or they might just abandon you.

Rules.
  • *These are MY sprites that I made. You steal them, you die face the consequences.
    *I will send the trades. Depending on "rarity" level, the dragon will cost more.
    *Of course, all other MagiStream/Hall of the Arts rules apply!
    *If you don't fill out the form, you can't get a dragon. I'm sorry.
Instructions.
  • *You fill out the form, and I'll send the trade. All you need to do is give me the required gold. It's simple, really! :3
    *Eggs will hatch with time, so please be patient!~ Also, it depends on the rarity of the creature how fast it hatches.
    *Every day that passes (including the first day you buy one), you'll get five points per dragon you own. Points are used to buy food at only one point per serving; however, each dragon must be fed once serving of food a week. If they're not fed within two weeks, they'll leave! (However, if you have to leave MagiStream for over two weeks, PM me.)
    *Potions can be purchased for varying prices. These potions will do different things to your dragon-- just tell me which dragon to apply it to, and see what happens!~ You can't apply a potion to an egg, but once they've hatched you can. :3
    *You'll start off with 5 free points, not counting the dragons you buy.
    *If some of your food randomly disappears, it's because your dragons ate it! (Don't worry though, they only eat once a week!) Newly hatched dragons won't eat until the next day.

A small blue egg. It smells a bit like citrus.

Potions.

A small vial filled with yellow liquid.
This liquid has the ability to alter your dragon, giving it a different color. Depending on the dragon, this color will vary.
Price: 1 point

A small vial filled with pink liquid.
This liquid has the ability to change the color of a dragon's wings, and wings only. Depending on the dragon, this color will vary.
Price: 1 point

A small vial filled with orange liquid.
When you ask the shopkeeper what it does, she only shrugs and smiles at you. "Some of the most interesting things in life are a mystery."
Price: 1 point

More will be added.

Food.

This is food.
It will sustain your dragon for a week.
Price: 1 point

Breeding.

Breeding will be coming soon.
Breeding spawns a new dragon. This dragon will have certain traits from both parents. Sometimes breeding is not successful, but most of the time it is!
Price: 500g.

Quests.



The Leather Book
Spoiler
As you go about your regular day, something catches your eye. A small leather book lies unused in a corner, and nobody else seems to notice it. You gently lift the book from the ground, flipping through its pages. They all seem to be blank, except the final one-- "I have hidden them in that place. Note to self-- consult the shopkeeper. She has curly, long blonde hair and dark brown eyes." A little curious, you flip through the pages again-- but only that final one has been written upon. Determined to find what this book is talking about, and who this shopkeeper is, you set off to look for her.

NOTES (please read)--
*I won't be posting any more quest details here. Please PM me and title the subject, "Pearl Dragon Quest 1". In the message, you may say anything, as long as you specify that you're accepting the quest! I will then give you the next step, and we can continue from there.
*When you complete the quests, you'll get a special dragon that's only available through the completion of a quest!

Let's see here... You start off with 5 points, and you bought two dragons, so that means you have 15 points. 2 points will be used for potions, and you'll have 13 leftover points, which you want to buy food with? (If I have that wrong, please correct me!)
