So... Eggs take a full week to hatch, so if I use two Heat Incubrods they hatch right away?

And I want to give my new Elemepuffs these names:
Earth Elemepuff - Terra
Water Elemepuff - Uisce
Wind Elemepuff - Gaoth

(For the Elemepuffs I like to use Latin and Irish names ^^)
