As you walk down the Keep's massive hall, you see a girl sitting on a chair against the wall. Next to her is a basket of blankets that appears to be moving. Curious, you approach her. "Oh, hello." says the girl with a small smile. She reaches into the basket and pulls out a small black kitten wrapped in an orange blanket. "Isn't he cute? He's a Halloween Cat. They're a small species of winged wild cat related to our Winged Cats here at the Keep." As if on cue, a large black and white feline sporting dainty white wings steps out from behind the basket. He inclines his head politely, then looks into the basket, making sure the other kittens inside are safe. "Oh, this is Alex. He's helping me." The girl's face takes on a tinge if sadness. "You see, Halloween Cats are very reclusive, only coming out of the forest during October to seek mates. A lot of mundane humans regard them as bad luck and try to chase them away on sight, or worse. But they're not! They're mischievous, but they wouldn't hurt anyone. I'm part of a small group working to protect these cats. Sometimes a mother will give a few kits to the magis to raise, or we'll find an orphaned litter. Then we try to re-home them" She looks at you, her voice slightly beseeching. "So, if you have space, would you like to adopt a kitten? No charge."
You look into the basket to find squirming, mewing kittens wrapped up in blankets of varying colors. They are kinda cute. There seems to be five color variations: Black, Tabby, a ghostly Grey Tabby, Calico, and some oddly colored kittens that remind you of candy corn.
ANYTHING Especially if it's something I dont already have. I took a hiatus since 2012 and just getting back into things so I missed alot.
