What is the difference between a simple-like and advance banner? Just wondering before I order one

1. Simple banners look a bit like this:

They don't have much decoration or much thought into since there is not much to put on it.

And advanced banners look like this:

They kinda look the same as simple banners, but they could have decorations from outside the banner frame or stuff like that.

2. Yes, it's because their smaller. If I used the adult stage for the top and bottom bars, the only thing the person could see was half of the creature's head.
