An idea of who he is: A forest guardian who keeps the balance of life and death among the creatures under his watch. He is shy and does not speak. He keeps to the shadows and has very little faith in humanity. And to make him a little quirky, he always has his long red tongue hanging out from his jaws. And yes, his face is just a skull, wolf-like in appearance and shape. And he has antlers like a large white tailed deer. Ears are always put back in a shy or submissive way.

You don't need to add such large glowing eyes. Usually there is just a dim glow if anything. Mostly it is just an empty socket with a glowing small orb in them when he uses his powers, other then that, it is just empty and dark.
