so since I'm new-ish here, I have not an OC. But I would like one, but I couldn't find any reference images, so I kinda mashed some together. I'm looking for something like this:

body and coloring:

{i like the spine of this reference, except the webbed parts}
head:

{remove the horn on the nose, include the head / jawline horns}
wings:

{right behind the shoulderblades}
eyes:

{yellow color}

{this makeup}

I hope this is enough information. I'm offering 1ook for a very detailed full body piece, but if you want to do something less detailed, I'll give a smaller amount. Thanks!

Just an update: I've completed the basic outline of the dragon. I don't think I'll be able to color it until later though, we've got people coming over today
