Hello! I'm looking for some art for my writing shop located here: http://magistream.com/25-tea-house/136329-the-writing-tree-under-construction.html?start=0. You can choose as many options as you want, but here's what I'm mainly looking for...

#1- The Writing Tree-

The following options ALL must be drawn in some sort of vial. I don't care what type, but it must be sort of like one of these pics:

I'm not going to be picky with this art. So feel free to go creative. THANKS!

I think I'll attempt #2 and #3, but my computer isn't cooperating right now. Are these needed at a certain date?

Oh I'm sure I'll like it. Now I just got to gather lots of money to pay everyone...

How much do I typically have to pay people for art? I have no idea, so you'll probably have to suggest prices for me.
