It doesn't take me very long to make these, because once I find something I like, I put it on the image and then start a new layer! Then I continue the process until I think that the bar looks fine. :3

I use PhotoShop.

Damn it... another thing my money can't buy...

I'm sorry; I got my laptop as a birthday gift from my dad and it already had PhotoShop installed on it.
