They are around 150k or more, as they are still available in the donis shop. Sometimes people sell them for more, but the price for a 3 recent 3 shard doesn't go over 60k per shard from what I've seen.

It's generally around 50-60k per shard, so yeah, 60k is generally the maximum for a current 3 shard, for now.
