I do believe in spirits and things labeled paranormal. I have had many first hand experiences with them, but I would really like to know what you believe or what experiences you have had with the paranormal. I will be happy to post my experiences as we go.

My grandmother's house is haunted, if you care to call it such.
Things move about the house as if there is an unseen interior decorator at work.
You can be alone in the home with no tvs or radios playing and hear talking, although the majority of it can't be clearly understood.
Doors shut by themselves and walking can be heard when no one is walking around the home.
There are many MANY other things that have occurred at this place, which I will speak of in another post.

What would you like to share?
Do you believe in paranormal occurrences, or do you believe that there is a scientific answer to issues of the paranormal?

Either way we love them, and that cannot be changed, but we must not sentence ourselves to stumble in the darkness with them.

I choose to believe in ghosts, spirits, the paranormal, etc.

I'm not sure if this is classified as a paranormal experience, but here goes.
Spoiler
This happened at my old house, before we moved. I still shared a bunk bed in my room wih my brother, so he has experienced this too. I used to have a fish named Glassy. He was a glassfish, which means he is a normal fish but you can see through it. Organs, heart, all that good stuff. I bought him for school purposes. He was roomed with other fish, and over night, those fish, one by one, 'mysteriously' disappeared, until Glassy was the only one left. How exciting.
Anyways, when my project was over, I brought Glassy home, kept him in a tack, and he became my pet for about a year.
One day, Glassy died.
That night, me and my brother were talking, and the light was off. We were about to go to sleep when this weird green light floated from Glassy's old tank; just a small light green light.
It landed on the tip of my index finger, and I had shook my hand wildly, freaked out. The light floated to my brother's hand. It stayed there, as my brother yelled, 'Turn on the light!' I flipped the switch on, and the light was on. The light had disappeared, and I never saw it again.
Spoilered for longness.

So, I believe in the paranormal, and I am both terrified and awed by it.
Quite simply, I'm a prodigy among idiots.

Paranormal and the Supernatural

Post by AgentGibbs »

Many of us know what UFO stands for and for those of you that don't it is an Unidentified Flying Object. Now there are your basic UFO sightings that the governments play down and there are some they say that was when there aircraft where overhead. But What I am getting at is if the fact that a UFO from space exist. Are aliens real or not. So this is where you can post your sightings and anything else about UFO's and alien related. I know some about this but i know other people know more and some people want to learn more.

Also give your thoughts on the mysterious Area 51.

But of course.
Maybe not UFO's. There's no saying they are more advanced, but we have proof of bacteria on other planets. And besides we haven't ventured very far in space.

I believe in ghosts for a number of odd things that have happened to my family, and me personally.
Spoiler
When my mom was a teenager, she lived in a number of group homes because her mother/my grandmother is a psychotic, mentally ill bit**. Seriously. Anywho, one year after my mom's friend aunt died in the exact same group home they[my mom and the other kids] lived in, she decided to try and see if she was still here, as a ghost. So her and her roomates layed down flour on all the hallways, as her aunt was in a wheelchair. They spent the day in downtown to make sure no one would mess up the flour, then came home.

In every single hallway on the ground floor were wheelcahir tracks, trailing from the front door to the living room, dining room, kitchen, and her aunts bedroom. Well, since no other hweelchairs were in the house, it could only be one thing; her aunt.
Spoiler
When my mother was 8 months pregnant with me, she was on maternal leave while my dad worked, and therefore usually alone in their tiny apartment. Almost every hour she had to go to the bathroom due to me being a mean little loaf and stepping on her bladder.
Every time she went, the furniture would all be facing a different direction; all the same direction[north, then south, then east....] it only happened when she was in the bathroom, but that wasn't the only thing. Sometimes they would hear noises; my mom and dad. LIke once, she thought my dad was chopping carrots when he thought he heard her dragging something really heavy, like a body, in the hallway. At night my mom would fel really hard jabs in her back, right where it hurt, randomly.
I'm pretty sure this was a poltergeist; as they are supposed to be attracted to really young children, expecially unborns.
Also, two instances that happened to me:
Spoiler
I live in a small apt complex, where odd occurances such as this is not ususally found. A few years back, a man named Justin commited suicide by jumping into a burning dumpster. As you may know, this is a very odd was to kill yourself. Even odder, his girlfriend left in a panic almost a few hours after someone finally noticed the dead guy. Plus he left his portion of the rent and his house key, and was only wearing a shirt. I decided to take out my Ouija board asd solve this once and for all, with my best friend Kayla, her sister Jesse, and their little brother Brandon.
I asked, "Is someone by the name of Justin here?"
No responce.
"Is Justin here?"
A moment later the piece slowly buy surely moved to Yes, then Hello.
"How did you die?"
No responce. I guessed this was a too blunt approach, so I moved to something less vauge.
"Did you die, and if so, why?"
The piece moved to Yes, then No. Kayla guessed this meant Yes to Justin is dead, and No to telling us why.
Finally I asked, "Were you murdered?" The cops thought he wasn't, but I thought he was as he was known to be a real jacka** to his GF, who left right before they found the body.
The piece moved to No. I asked then if he commited suicide, and it went to Yes. We said Goodbye and left Justin to give him some peace.
Spoiler
One night I spent at Kayla and Jesse's house was really....odd. Kayla and Jesse belive their house to be haunted by three spirits, one little girl named Amy, one man named Tom from the Civil War days, and one guy named Wilson from WW1 era and a real jerk. Amy likes to follow me. Everywhere.
This particular night me and Kayla got a little high on Monster energy drinks and ran around the house. After a few hours, I had to relieve myself of the drinks and went to the restroom, with a little ball of light, about the size of a baseball, hovering behind me around 9 feet. It left a ghostly trail as well, so I dubbed it the Comet.
After I peed all the Monsters out, me and Kayla and Jesse watched TV until around 3 am. Me being the pansy I am, I got a little disturbed by the ball of light that was still in the hallway, dancing back and forth like a Will-o-The-Whisp. Jesse burnsed some insence and started metitating to calm heself down, while Kayla distracted herself with one of her many lighters and a lot of now burned paper.

It didn't hurt us, the light that is, but it was still creepy. I still think Amy was playing tricks on us.

We have even found a planet similar to this planet we call home. But i think there are other life forms out there and possibly even more advanced with flying objects. I mean it is kinda weird that for thousands of years people have seen UFO's.

I kind of find it annoying though, people always assume aliens would be more advanced than us. We have achieved space travel! We have guns! We have strange suits! We are advanced enough to be the ones finding those fools.
