I don't think there is much to be done. Public outcry was enormous and the FCC repealed it anyway. It's clear further protesting isn't going to work. Basically all hope is that Congress will use its power to reverse their decision, but I don't think that's going to happen.
My biggest gripe is that the protests were lacking. I was in DC all fall, and even though there were two Trump rallies, the Juggalo march, and constant demonstrations in front of the White House, I did not see one thing about net neutrality. I participated in the call your Senators and write emails and everything, but I really would have rather shown my support for the cause from somewhere other than behind my monitor.
