Honestly, in my case, I would probably transition before having sex because of the thought of it makes me really dysphoric but if I ever get pregnant I'd probably go somewhere where abortions are legal, it's either this or suicide, unfortunately, my fear of pregnancy and childbirth is so overwhelming I'd probably instantly get suicidal. The worst part is people don't take this seriously, say shit like "oh but babies are so wonderful and a gift!' or "you'll change your mind when you're pregnant", or get really offended by the fact I'd rather abort than go through 9 months of pregnancy and then give birth. People don't realise that when you're so afraid of pregnancy that means 9 months of it would be torture, it's like forcing an arachnophobe to live with spiders for 9 months or keeping a claustrophobic person in a closet for 9 months.

@SQUIP I completely understand both the transitioning before having sex and the people not taking you seriously part. People get so offended and defensive if I mention the fact that I'd want to adopt kids if I ever even want to become a parent. They argue with me even more if I tell them that I'd wanna adopt older kids too.

@transgerine
YEAH, I feel you. If I ever become a parent it'd be through adoption and I'd rather adopt an older child too, older children need love too and it's so trashy people are so against adoption.

bugs like grasshoppers and crickets. ive used both as food for animals, and I dont really mind the sight, but the feeling of their legs and feet just weird me out. we've got breeding terrariums at school for all the living food we use, and a week or so ago I had to grab some crickets. the best way to do that is to grab one of the toilet rolls in there and shake it out above the container. Normally ive got zero problems with that, but this time my finger kinda went in there, and touched something soft. after a split second my brain realised it was a cluster of crickets and I screamed and dropped it. I also can NOT handle grasshoppers. the way they feel and kick you just weirds me out too much.

also seeing muscles trough skin, like when someone is flexing weirds me out extremely, idk why

I have a phobia of being alone, abandoned, afraid and weak. With nobody to talk to and only my mind to listen. Waiting as I slowly rot away due to not being able to do anything about it. I'd give up doing anything as I realize that I won't hear or see another person ever again. I'd accept my fate and die.

It may seem very stupid, but I really don't like small, crowded places. I don't know if it's considered a real phobia, but every time I find myself in a disco or in a university hall I start sweating and I can't seem to relax.
Also, I'm afraid of heights. :splat:

This is a super cool topic idea... Recently, I've been trying to cover up the fact that I'm pretty much terrified of ants. I had a couple friends that were afraid of ants for some time, and maybe it grew on me? But the idea of being around them is terrifying. Especially if one somehow gets close to my face or neck.

I'm also trying to get over a feer of bees, heh -3- ;

Furry suits.
Which is bad.
Because I am a furry.

This has probably been mentioned by someone else, but I have emetophobia, which is a fear of vomiting. This is by far my worst phobia. Linked with that, I also have a lesser phobia of gagging (not choking on things, just the act of gagging), related to the sensation of vomiting. I have no idea what fear of gagging is called.

I also have a fear of blood draws, though I'm okay with shots. I'm definitely pain sensitive, especially in the crook of my arm (point #1 against blood draws), and I have an autonomic disorder that seems to make me very sensitive to slight changes in blood pressure, so I get dizzy SUPER easily. They literally can't take more than 2 vials of blood before this reaction is triggered, and that's me already lying down. That is assuming they ever get me in the clinic in the first place for a blood draw, lol. I usually require large dosages of Ativan, a warm blanket, and dim lights. Nurses just love me (NOT). XD
