This one's biggest fear is being unable to do anything. Like you know you could change the situation if you did something but you are simply unable/restricted from doing it.
Oh and super small spaces in which you can't turn your head.

The closest thing to an actual phobia I have is probably the fear of vomit and vomiting. Nothing triggers my fight or flight response quite like the sight or sound of someone about to puke.

I know trypophobia is not an "official" phobia, but I'm fairly sure I have it. The sight of irregular patterns or clusters of bumps or holes elicits that same feeling of intense revulsion and fear. Smallpox...

I think my greatest phobia is failing. I'm a perfectionist IRL, and as a result, I tend to overwork myself. I have a hard time stepping back and letting the problem be handled some other way because I fear that I have to do something or I'll fail.

acrophobia (fear of hights) and arachnaphobia (fear of spiders). the spider one is getting better, though.

I used to be really afraid of dogs. Because the dogs near my house used to look very wolf-like and were very agressive. I'm less scared now, but I have another fear. I have a fear of being completely conscious even when paralysed.
Like a sentient doll.

Ok so I have a really common phobia, but I thought i would share it. So basically I have thanatophobia (I might have spelled it wrong) But it's the fear of death. Sometimes at night I will just panic because I'm so afraid. I don't know how and why I have this, does anyone else here have it?

To me it probably isn't a phobia exactly but a pretty strong fear instead. I have a fear of needles and even the sight of one is going to make me feel nauseated and sometimes also dizzy which is really inconvenient. The process of injection is the worst part though as it's an easy way to make me faint. I just always have to embarrass myself by fainting at least once when taking vaccines. Last time I fainted twice.

I think I kind of have it as well, although probably not as strongly but still. Sometimes I start to think about death and it makes me feel so tense. The feeling is hard to describe but it's fear. It's a difficult fear.

I am not gonna say i have Arachnophobia, I would prefer to be actually diagnosed.

I have an absolute terrible fear of spiders. I saw one on the ceiling earlier today, and I just... Became paralyzed. I couldn't move at all. It hink the cause of me having this is because of everyone saying they are poisonous, and they could kill you. It was a lot worse when i was kid. I saw a daddy long legs, and I started screaming and crying. I was upstairs by myself at the time. I am pretty sure I started hallucinating, because i saw a spider start to slowly come out of the a/c vent.

I'd like to say i have gotten better at dealing with the fear, but sadly i haven't. I can't look at a picture of them without having a slight anxiety attack.

I also have a big fear of being left alone at night. Being left alone is scary, but being left alone all day, and then being left alone all night? Thats just... I can't. What if someone breaks into your house? You are all alone to defend your self and if you get hurt? no one can help you, or call the cops/ambulance... Thats just one scenario. Many other things can happen and just... No.

My biggest fear is probably spiders or losing loved ones. Just because I love my family so much, and it hurts me anytime I see someone or hear that someone from my family died, even if I didn't know them that well. But with spiders, I'm only scared of big ones. The small ones I'm fine with, but we had this huge one on our bathroom floor once, and I tried to stomp on it with some of my clothes, but it moved way too fast. SO eventually I just ran out of the room screaming. My dad killed it the next morning.
