1. What size are you? 36A
2. Have you found any good styles or brands? T-shirt bras are great for everyday use on people with smaller chests. I just usually wear Maidenform or something similar.
3. If so, what style of brand was it? I don't care whether the cups are soft or underwire. Both are fine for me.
4. Pros/Cons? They are easy to find and easy to fit, and come in lots of varieties. Small-chested people generally have an easy time with bras, but cons are definitely that sometimes strapless bras can make less-busty people look really strange in that vicinity.
5. Would you recommend it to a friend or family member? Yeah, I guess. It depends on their preferences and size.

1. What size are you? 40DD (before I got pregnant I was a 40D)
2. Have you found any good styles or brands? I've found some that seem to work for me
3. If so, what style of brand was it? the balconette by Lane Bryant
4. Pros/Cons? I loath underwires (especially now since I'm almost 37 weeks pregnant and the top of my belly is getting caught up under the underwire), but finding bras without underwires at this size is hard to do.
5. Would you recommend it to friend or family member? seeing as I'm more well endowed than most of them I probably wouldn't.

Ive recently found a really good bra. It comes in a lot of different sizes. http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/intimat ... +76380.jsp
It fits me (42 C) AMAZINLY! The straps stay up, I get FULL coverage. The side straps are nice and wide which pushes my whole boob into the cup so I know that my whole boob not just like half of it is actually in the bra. And the staps dont dig in and my back feels nice because of the wider straps.

1. What size are you? 44DD
2. Have you found any good styles or brands?Yes, I've worn the same bra style for almost 20 years. Thank goodness they still make it. I think it must be Playtex's best-selling style ever.
3. If so, what style of brand was it?Playtex Secrets style 4422
4. Pros/Cons? If you're 5'3" and wear a DD you can't find an underwire that doesn't wear a hole in your armpit. Except this one. Plus you can get it from the Hanes/Bali/Playtex online store on the cheap ($14.95 if you catch a sale).
5. Would you recommend it to friend or family member? Yes, my sister wears it, too. We're Playtex 4422 junkies!
Rating: 1 (being horrible) - 5 (being the best bra in the world!) 5!!! If they ever quit making it, I'm in real trouble.
My join date says 2012, when I made an account I promptly forgot about until August 2023, so I'm really *gasp* a newbie. :)
I have no phobias or disliked critters. Feel free to click anything in my keep, except the "Quests" tab. I think you'll find plenty there without those 2 or 3.

*goes digging for a bra to check the tag* Hell's bells, this one's been worn so much that the info on the tag has faded.

*goes digging for another* Okay, there we go

1. What size are you? 36D or 38C, depending on the style
2. Have you found any good styles or brands? Yep
3. If so, what style of brand was it? it's not the most supporting thing in the world but Fruit of the Loom has a T-shirt knit bra with a soft underwire that is so comfy I could sleep in it. Then there's the mystery bra with the washed-out label- underwire with a thin satiny fabric, lightly padded straps and damn near the only lace ever that doesn't make me want to claw my boobs off scratching at it.
4. Pros/Cons? The T-shirt knit is great for lounge around the house days, but it isn't the most supportive, because the fabric is all soft and stretchy. The satiny mystery bras are great, but I don't know what brand they are! D:
5. Would you recommend it to friend or family member? Yep. Even if my despisal of undergarment that is patterned, lacey, or in any way girly drives my mother up the wall
Rating: 1 (being horrible) - 5 (being the best bra in the world!) The Fruit of the Loom knit bra- 5 for comfort, 3.5 for function. Mystery bra: 4

Wire good, as long as you can find ones where the end seams of the channels are built like tanks so the ends don't poke through.

Also, fun fact, I'm flexible enough in the shoulders to be able to reach behind me and unhook my bras without having to slide off the straps and turn the fastenings to the front. :D

Thanks for the gifts!

lol, I didn't realize some women had problems with that until a friend of mine mentioned she bought front-closure bras just so she wouldn't have to do that to get them off.

Ehh, I think we use a different kind of a measuring system over here... I'm 60-65 F-G (depends on the model) using the EU measurement, don't know what it corresponds to US or UK sizes though...

To get properly fitting bras I need to custom shop because in regular shops the cup sizes go maybe up to D (if even that, many brands stop at C) and the smallest circumference 70cm if you're lucky, most commonly 80 cm.

I do have some bras that are 75D and the circumference is semi-ok (though I'm using them wrong in the sense that I hook them to the inner most position from the beginning instead of the outermost because the outermost is just too long for me) but the cup is too small.

I mostly wear bras a little off my size because I can get them cheaper as I don't really want to spend 100 euros for just one bra when I can get the ones that are a bit off for 20 euros. Of course I then pay for that with neck pains, overflowing boobs or some other problem.

I'd like my bras to have thin removable straps, for them to be as plain as possible (no lace or anything) and to be of a nice colour. With my size this seems to be an impossible combination. If it's a nice colour and plain the straps are WIDE and not removable. If the starps are nice and thin and can be removed it either has lace all over it or if it's otherwise perfect the stores don't carry it in any size that I might even consider using.

I've also considered buying sports bras or sport bra tops but all the ones that I've tried are meant for girls that are otherwise my size but who apparently don't have any boobs at all. If I try a size big enough for my boobs then it's too big otherwise and doesn't offer any support.

I also have slightly mismatched boobs so that one is bigger which makes the issue more difficult as if I get a bra that fits the bigger boob, the smaller one doesn't get much support because the cup is too big for it and if I get a bra that fits the smaller one then the bigger one doesn't fit properly in the cup. >.<

I haven't tried ordering any bras online yet because I'd want to be able to fit them before buying to see if they are comfortable and offer enough support.

Luckily my town has a specialised bra shop so I might venture there to see if they'd have some not too expensive pretty bras in my size...

I always do this, it's so much easier than having to first turn them around.

//Edit September 20th
I just bought three fitting bras! I'm so happy! xD The support is so much better than with the ones I've previously had. These weren't even that expensive. Thee bras and four panties cost in total a little bit less than 120 euros. My big busted friends especially have complained that usually one fitting set can cost that much since you can't just buy the 10 euro pieces from any regular market.

*searches bra tags*

1. What size are you? 36B

2. Have you found any good styles or brands? Yepp, one bra has absolutely no underwire and it's so dang comfortable, but it's not very supporting. I have a mystery bra that's comfortable too, but actually has underwire and gives support. There's a third that's comfortable, underwire-free, and is snug enough to give support.

3. If so, what style of brand was it? The underwire-free one is by Sweet Nothings, the other underwire-free one that actually gives support is Vassarette.

4. Pros/Cons? The Sweet Nothings bra- no underwire, but also no support. Mystery bra-comfortable, supporting, can't really think of a con. The Vassarette has no underwire, but is snug enough (on me at least) to give adequate support.

5. Would you recommend it to friend or family member? To my smaller-busted friends, I'd recommend the Sweet Nothings and Vassarette bras. I wish I could find what the mystery bra's brand is, since I want another couple bras by them now.

Rating:
Sweet Nothings - 3/5
Mystery bra - 4/5
Vassarette - 4/5

1. What size are you? To be truthfully honest I don't know exactly. I've never been measured but I'm guessing from what I've worn that I'm around a DD or an E. Can't tell you more then that.
2. Have you found any good styles or brands? Not necessarily "good" But I know where to buy a bra I like.
3. If so, what style of brand was it? Primark Essentials Sports bra
4. Pros/Cons? Easy to put on and off withouth twisting your arm sockets and nice and simple and most importantly in my limited vudget range
5. Would you recommend it to friend or family member? Yes.

Personally I HATE my breasts but the thought of painful surgery in reduction is an uncomfortable thought too.
For me my breasts are like a couple of fatty tumours getting in the way of clothing and day to day activity.
They piss me off a lot.
I feel very very uncomfortable enough I can't even talk about them.
