cause they themselves have been bullied, not just be kids, but their parents and/or family.

yes and no, they feel good cause they can get their anger out, but they might feel bad for it later and that is also self bullying and causes it to get hasher.
•If you are a child/teen have you ever went to a discipline teacher at your school and tell them your problem but they haven't done anything about it?
nope.....
•If you are an adult and have children have they had similar problems of teachers not doing anything about there bullying case?
i'd kick the bullies arse..... I'd literally do that.... and if my child were the bully, i'd give them a serious talk.
•If you are an adult without children are you bullied at your workplace or college?
I am nearly an adult (18 this year), but so far the school year has treated me nice, and since I have just started working I think I haven't gotten bullied.
•What are some ideas you may have to decrease the number of suicides/ help the bullying problem? Have you ever witnessed someone being bullied and stood there and just watched?
sadly I have no idea to stop suicide from happening at a later stage of depression, and yes I have witness multiple people getting bullied and sometimes I have ignored it because at the time I didn't know they were being bullied

yes, my best friend got bullied from my primary school (which hurt me), and just being there for them and talking to them as well as standing up them did good.
•As a child have you ever been scared to go to school because of bullies?
YES!!!, in high school I was picked on for having this sorta long hair afro type thing and this guy (who was a dick to my friend and some other people) kept on saying to me "get'a hair cut" and would push me..... very scary stuff.

not anyone personally, but an old school friend from the high school I used to go to recently did......

sometimes yes, but I regrated it afterwards.
•How did you deal with bullying?
by just being stupid... In way of not caring what they said, they would call me retarded, and I would say "how did you know" cause I am mentally challenged in some way, and also music, music helps a lot, like I found metal and other genres around that style helped.

I actually got depression and anxiety in first 2 years of high school, I refused to go to school, and yes I have thought about suicide, but I am literally to afraid to do it..... , but luckily I got help from my parents and doctors, and it hurts me to know people cut themselves and suicide from bullying an depression...... and if anyone has those thoughts on a daily basses, please call suicide hotline and talk to someone........

Psssht. Telling a teacher? Naw. Adults are as useful as a stick for putting out fire. Confuse da bullies with your intelligence. Or make complicated jokes no one understands. Sooner or later, the bullies go away. I remember in grade seven, when there was this new kid who seemed nice and very similar to Fushchia's bully. After she settled down, she branded me as a geek because I was reading. Immature, I know. But kids just like feeling more powerful. And being rude. Anyways, so after taking the bullying for a while, she managed to provoke me, which is rather rare. First time, I gagged until it looked like I was bawling my eyes out. The looks on their faces were priceless, mainly because the believed it. I looked like a cat choking up a hair ball. After that, they stopped for a few days before going back at it. Violence isn't always the answer, but I twisted the girl's arm very painfully, but didn't dislocate or cause any serious damage ;) lets just say that she won't be picking on me for a long time, if she knows what's good for her. Never bullied before, unless you call squeezing the life out of your friends bullying. The main problem in bullying is the fact that the victim looks weak, so I encourage you all to twist the bully's arm. No, just kidding. But whatever you do, don't ignore it. It'll just get worse.

-Hmm... maybe peer pressure, stupidity or hormones. OR they had been bullied before they just want the one to feel what to be like to be bullied.

-I think they feel good that their anger is gone by bullying the person or maybe they want them to feel the pain of being bullied?

Well, I'm a shy and quiet kid and I don't really talk to teachers unless they tell me to.

Well, I never see a person who being bullied before beside me. Lots of school that I went to, doesn't have that much bullies or anything really. I was just unfortunate to being a target for bullying. :/

Back then, I never knew what's a school or a bully is. I don't think my family thought I would get bullied.

Nope! I am always the one who always seem to get bullied.

There were times that I actually thought of killing myself because of bullying but than I exactly realized I seem get bullied, I was a easy target for them because I always seem to be quiet and shy so they obviously want emotions from me. Nowadays, I just ignored them and think to myself that, they must be jealous of something that they don't have. Beside... the one who bullied me in elementary school, befriended me when we were in middle school so I guess that's good.
