I won't go into long stories or anything like that because I am not that great at telling them but I have a few pets that I would like to share with you all:

Aslan Orion
A cream colored Male cat. He's big and super lazy most of the time. Every once in a while he will get these energy spurts and go running from one end of my mom's house to the other. He sounds like a horse when he runs! I adopted him out of a local shelter the exact same day that I had to put down my previous cat. Aslan helped me so much to deal with the grieving process.

Magnolia Raine
A Shih Tzu-Min Pin mix. She looks more like a Yorkie than anything! I bought her off of a Facebook post. She was so super tiny when I got her. She is currently a year old! She has this weird fascination with feet. She'll growl and nibble on them and if she has a toy in her mouth she with press the toy against your foot so you can grab it with your toes and play tug of war.

Kalee May
Kalee May is a female calico cat that my husband got when she was just a baby. Once he and I got married I adopted this chubby girl as my own daughter. She's kinda weird. Sometimes she has a lazy eye. She's really skiddish around EVERYTHING. You have to let her smell your hand before you can pet her. You can only pet her a few times otherwise she gets too overly stimulated and she'll turn around and bite. She's sweet when she wants to be. Only on her terms though.

Riley Ann
This sweet calico girl was adopted by my husband and I after her previous owner (my husband's grandma) had died last year. She was once a mother cat. She is one of the sweetest cats I've seen. She's cuddly sometimes. She loves to be petted. She also loves to go into the bathroom with you when you have to go potty, haha.

Rubi Rey
Rubi is our albino african pygmy hedgehog. We adopted her at a year old from a kid who was breeding them but didn't have time for them. She's the cutest thing on the planet and I would't trade her for the world! She's quite the grumpy little thing though. She hates being woken up for bonding time and she is just figuring out how to anoint with things and boy is it hilarious and weird at the same time!

Khaleesi Louise
A beautiful Crown Tail Beta fish that I recently got for my birthday on the 16th of this month. She has blues, greens, pinks and purples in her coloring. I don't have the greatest pictures of her yet but I plan to get better ones. She gets so excited when its feeding time. When you walk up to the tank and comes right to the front and swims frantically back and fourth until you feed her.

OMG what an adorable hedgehog and betta fish. I always did like the betta, even before I was aware of their reputation as a fighting fish. I like clownfish too.

But in general it seems like fish are hard to care for, even if you are trying to do the right steps.

Once I was going to have a pet hermit crab, but that did not work out. Then I was going to get a leopard gecko, but instead my mom got me a hamster and that was that. First came Bijou, then Honey, then Namine, Jenova, Iloe (who did not live too long, the poor thing), Muka, and now Ben. And boy is he a hairy one compared to Muka who felt soft and velvety to the touch.

This is my first time owning a betta fish. Apparently they have lots of health issues. Second day I had Khaleesi, she ended up with Swim Bladder Disorder and I had to Google how to take care of it. It's common in bettas to get it.

Gotta admire the folks pounding out essays about their beloved animals, it's heartwarming. As for me, here's a picture of my #1 precious gal.

That is a beautiful snake <3 Used to own quite a lot of reptiles but have to make do with two juvenile corn snakes. Make do sounds awful though; they are quite lovely. Will post some pictures of them soon.

White lipped Boas are gorgeous(I think that's what that is >.>), I love the iridescent sheen on their dark scales.

I gotta say, that is one cute boa! ;v;
I wouldn't mind owning some reptiles in the future, though I'm currently bogged down with a dog, a cat, two birds and literally tomorrow two guinea pigs which I'm receiving after a breeding experiment in my biology class.
It's really nice seeing some snakes on here too! I love the lil fellas.

So many lovely pets! Here's a picture of my cat:

Her name is Bici. ^.^

We found her in the street when she was about 1 month old. She had her eyes closed because of an infection. We took her in and took her to a vet. A week later the infection was gone and she was playing around like a healthy kitty.

Now she is 2 years old and a fully grown cat.
