It's the next morning now, and while Rutger's right eye is still milky inside (that one he'll remain blind in), his left eye has some discoloration towards the lower half, but the upper half looks pretty normal. The best news? When I wiggled my fingers within view of his left eye, he reacted! Not much, just a slight lean away, but considering before he couldn't even tell the difference between dark and light, this is a HUGE improvement.
Now... if he would just eat one of the mice that are making themselves at home in his tank. Stupid mice.

Well, for the moment Tora seems to be behaving herself, that is, she hasn't peed on my bed(or my parents) recently.
We were keeping our doors shut so she couldn't get in, but Bella kept getting into my room when I'm in there and napping on my bed so I'd leave the door open so she could get out, and the other day Tora joined her. So, since last Saturday I've been monitoring her and my room and so far, no pee. That's 4 days clean so far. *knock on wood*
We changed to litter without scented stuff(It's still Maxx multicat but one without the scent stuff), I sprayed my mattress down with something that supposed to eliminate smells and colouration from pet pee and stuff and we've been keeping the pheromone infused collar on Tora. I hope what we're doing is working.

I just hope she doesn't get grumpy that we're leaving her alone for 2 weeks, (my friend is pet sitting for us, it's cheaper and easier than shipping them off to somewhere to be boarded)
Speaking of that, our other cat Bella, seems to have this, hate for my friend. The first time she met Nichole(my best friend and the cat sitter) she growled and hissed at her. No provocation nothing. She took one look and hissed. She's never done this to anyone else either, just my friend. :| It's odd(and Tora doesn't mind her at all). Luckily Nichole won't be staying in the house long, she just comes in, feeds them, changes the litter boxes and is gone, so Bella can suck it up.

Could be a scent she had on, what she ate for lunch, an article of clothing, the make up. Pure startle factor, if she wasn't expecting to see someone there and then Suddenly: Human! Maybe she had glasses on, or sun glasses on top of her head.
I've been keeping track of such things with my dog, because now and then he just decides someone needs barked at, when usually he's more than happy to make friends with everyone. When he was a year old, he decided that anyone in a red parka was evil. Yes, I know dogs can't see the color red, but those were the only ones he ever freaked out about. Sometimes he doesn't like it when people wear hoodies with the hoods up. Sometimes facial hair bothers him. ANY time that a person is 'up', whether they are on a ladder, on a roof, jungle gym, if we're at the bottom of a cliff and someone is up at the top, or even if we're down by a lake shore and someone is up on the trail that we were just on to GET to the shore- Rosco HATES that and will try to hide. People do not belong 'up'.

When you go on vacation, I would keep all the bedroom doors shut, and make sure there's no piles of laundry or linens anywhere that the cats can get to.

I'm betting that the combination of things you've done is what's helping. Good luck!

Oh yeah, all the doors are getting shut and the litter box from the basement will be moved up into the kitchen(probably near the back door) so that we can shut the basement door. So they'll only have access to the living room/dining room, kitchen and upstairs hallway(cause there are no doors separating any of that stuff).

My parents figure that she smells the dogs on her since she owns 2 dogs(and three cats). It's just kinda funny that she's never reacted like this to anyone else before, my friend comes over and she instantly hated her and still hasn't gotten over it.
Yet she's totally fine with me or anyone else if we come home smelling like a strange dog.

I've only seen our cats growl, unprovoked, at one other person(set of people actually) the Jehovah's Witnesses(of which my friend is not xD). Kyra apparently looked at them and growled once (when she was much younger) and Whisper growled when he heard that the front door before trotting off to hide.

At the risk of offending some people.... BWAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!!!!

I'd be willing to bet they're freaking out at the smell of other cats rather than at the smell of dogs. Especially if her cats sleep on her clothes, or she just cuddled them right before visiting. Something that would make the smell really strong.

My puppy has a problem, i don't know if it's because she's bored or that she's got a skin problem but she's chewing her fur off. Only along her back though, no where else. And my eldest cat Alex just got over an abscess. It was so gross looking, poor baby. she had to stay inside for a long while. In any case she loved it, toilet water and soft wet food. I'm glad she's okay though, but now I'm after the black cat that did it to her, their's a bully kitty around my neighborhood and I don't like him. What I would like to do is catch him and take him to the shelter. But he's super elusive, the only cat of mine he doesn't attack is Beast, she's completely unscathed. No scars or anything while the other two have scars and bald patches.

Once, Blue came home with a bald patch over his throat. poor baby. He got a warning that day.

Chewing the fur over the back is often a sign of fleas. Boredom or stress chewing usually happens on the legs.

Sounds like standard ferret behavior! Lol. What's he getting shots for?

He decided to get sick and stop eating.
I thought he was dying, it turns out he probably had a low level infection.

Good that it wasn't something serious, and was probably caught early. And, if he's eating the syringe, he must be starting to feel better!
