Okay so quick poll here. I won't give it context, just tell me which one you'd like better for characters you might write.

Weird aliens with a given base and sets of characteristics, and generally anthropic bodies
Or
Animal anthropics like sphinxes with very human faces and paw-hands?

Also what kind of time period would you guys be most interested in role playing in right now?

I really want to get that zodiac rp up at SOME POINT but I need to figure out at least a base for the plot and some world building. I don't even have a base theme I'm happy with. Nothing. Just the zodiac people. That's all I have. It's driving me nuts. XS

Also anyone can post here. Lets just keep it not-dead.

Hmm, I'll say the aliens one. And... does steampunk count as a time period? If not, then maybe something middle-ages-y, or futuristic. Those are both cool.

Seriously, though, who can post? I was going to wait until someone spoke to Cal to reply to Silver's post with Aisling, but if no one's going to, I can just add in Aisling. Come on guys, let's not let this one die!

hmm... tough choice!
no seriously- I can't decide! both seem really cool to me.
I suppose It's because one is something I'm rather used too (the sphynx, bit) where I'm always excited to p;ay as some kind of anthropamorphised creature, because it gives you freedom and limits as well, and with the alien, it's more of an excitement of something new, something I've never seen before. If that helps.

Steam punk has always been a grey area for me. (It's Victorian industrialization) Because although I love the idea and concept of Steam Punk, I just can't seem to be that into it. I'm more into cyberpunk and stuff like that- future stuff.
But We've already got a Victorian based RP, so maybe.. modern day or future-ish? not so much that space flight has been achieved, but kind of close?
Spoiler
Just a note, iunno why I'm telling you all like this and stuff, but I feel the need. I'm slowly turning into a mental wreck. It's getting to a point where I'm becoming scared to go outside in case something happens and I don't feel well. the last two times I went to town I was not very well, I felt sick, dizzy and just generally unpleasant. Also having some health anxiety bundled together with my other anxiety problems too. All because of that stupid gastroenteritis shit >< ugh, I'm a total mess. I talked to a friend last night who wants to become a therapist one day (she's really good on picking up the emotions of people and stuff) so she helped a little- or at least get everything out in the open a little bit. I want to go and see someone about my issues, but I'm also scared and ashamed of seeking help.

Spoiler
Goodness, Gold, I really am sorry you're feeling so bad. Thank you for speaking up about it! Personally, at least, I want to know when something like this is going on just in case there's anything I can do to help. Is there? Also, we're here for you, okay? If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to drop me a pm. Remember, your feelings are valid. I can totally see why this would mess with you. Fear messes with the best of us with far less cause. You don't need to be afraid to seek help; it doesn't make you weak or anything. That said, it is all right if you feel afraid- again, your feelings are valid- but don't let it stop you from talking care of yourself, okay? I'll be praying for you. <3

Everything I would say Silvre already did, basically we're here for you, and will help if there's any way we can. Also do not ever feel ashamed of seeking help! There's no reason to be ashamed of taking care of yourself!

Aww makes me miss my buns! We got them back when petco or petsupermarket did not seperate based on sex. We had two litters of little bunny kits! The male who was mine, Pumpkin, actually kicked apart his cage in order to get back to his 'love' the female black bun.

I can post! Will do it by the end of the day.

He didn't even make a run for it! We found him laying next to her and the babies, their cage still intact. It was adorable. To prevent anymore breakouts we had to let him visit her (supervised so no more babies).

Sorry for the short post :/ kinda a weird night

my Neighbour had rabbits.
But they would lunge, bite and chase you...
I don't hate them though x3
I cared for rabbits at my Animal Care course and I loved to hold them, they were the softest thing ever.
