Just a note, iunno why I'm telling you all like this and stuff, but I feel the need. I'm slowly turning into a mental wreck. It's getting to a point where I'm becoming scared to go outside in case something happens and I don't feel well. the last two times I went to town I was not very well, I felt sick, dizzy and just generally unpleasant. Also having some health anxiety bundled together with my other anxiety problems too. All because of that stupid gastroenteritis shit >< ugh, I'm a total mess. I talked to a friend last night who wants to become a therapist one day (she's really good on picking up the emotions of people and stuff) so she helped a little- or at least get everything out in the open a little bit. I want to go and see someone about my issues, but I'm also scared and ashamed of seeking help.

Goodness, Gold, I really am sorry you're feeling so bad. Thank you for speaking up about it! Personally, at least, I want to know when something like this is going on just in case there's anything I can do to help. Is there? Also, we're here for you, okay? If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to drop me a pm. Remember, your feelings are valid. I can totally see why this would mess with you. Fear messes with the best of us with far less cause. You don't need to be afraid to seek help; it doesn't make you weak or anything. That said, it is all right if you feel afraid- again, your feelings are valid- but don't let it stop you from talking care of yourself, okay? I'll be praying for you.

Everything I would say Silvre already did, basically we're here for you, and will help if there's any way we can. Also do not ever feel ashamed of seeking help! There's no reason to be ashamed of taking care of yourself!
