Name: Tyrone

He also has strange, red-ish oval tattoos on his hands, shoulders, feet, and hips. There is a larger one over his heart, and on his forehead (there's a reason he wears his bangs long). At the base of his back, there is a triad of the red ovals.

Personality: Tyrone is a shy and timid person. When he first meets someone he tends to be a little awkward for the first few minutes, but soon adjusts. He makes friends and trusts easily, which has gotten him into several potentially dangerous situations. He isn't very strong, and can't resist most people if they attack him. He gets along very well with Crystalwings and other inhabitants of the Caves of Nareau- almost like they can talk to each other...
Magic Type/Area of Study: Earth: Gems/Metal/Creation (creating items through magic)
Creatures: Maya, his Female Dark Gemhog, Locket, his Female Voro Manticore, and Lapuli, his Female Saerulis Crystalwing
Other: Tyrone is a student, so he's still learning to control his magic. He's good friends with Lorelei. Lorelei likes to joke that he's training to be a hermit. He actually wants to be a jeweler.

Personality: Lorelei is loud and rambunctious. She speaks before she thinks and leaps before she looks. She has a habit of sticking her nose places it doesn't belong, and, of course, she often gets in trouble for it. Like most fire magi, she has a quick temper and reacts to situations violently. She's also a bit of a flirt.

Creatures: SnuggleMuffins, her Male Nandi Bear, Coricopat her Male Calico Tienko, and Discordia, her Female Black Tienko
Other: Lorelei was raised by one of the Professors in the Keep. She also wears a valuable necklace called 'The Song of the Siren' that allows her to understand her creatures... and only her creatures. It contains no other magical properties.

He has the same markings as Tyrone, though his seem to be actual gemstones and are purple. He makes no effort to hide them.

Personality: Cruel, Tricky, Sadistic.

Creatures: Noctis Enox, Light Basilisk, Fen Bongo
Other: Miltiades seems to be searching for someone- or something... he refuses to elaborate, even to his own comrades...

Hai Lorelei!

3 characters is fine--I don't really want to play a Keep mage, anyways. Maybe I can have 2 evil magi? Well, we'll see what Karz says.

Just one little thing, though--for Miltiades, I was thinking that the "evil magi" don't have creatures, at least not the ones we're used to. Then we can rant about how the teamwork of the Keep magi will always emerge victorious! *sailor moon pose*

...But yeah, if you want to keep them you can.

@Kestrad: Glad you like it! We need an opening though, since that's just the climax onward. Could you help me come up with some ideas?

SPEAKING OF IDEAS, we need a name for the light mage. And the evil mage's group name. Cuz calling them the EVIL MAGES gets old after a while.

But didn't you totally have a Keep mage character who stumbled on the group, triggering the whole thing?

That was a pretty good opening, I thought. Though I'm sure if you used that opening but don't want to play a Keep mage, you could just have her be completely out of commission for the entire RP after being attacked?

Yeah, I dunno. I'm going to create a sheet for the air/lightning mage now

I totally said for my air/lightning mage that she kind of sort of watches out for the ice mage on occasion, so feel free to slap me upside the head and say that the air mage does no such thing.

Didn't you then write that post that tied up a lot of the plot holes? Which was what established that there was a fire and an ice and a light mage along with the dark mage?

Sure, that sounds good. My ice mage needs someone to take care of her anyway--though the Light Mage found her, he doesn't really intervene when the other magi bully her. Please keep it to "kind of sort of" though, cuz I want to torment my ice mage...

Hmm, yes, I wrote that drabble thing, but that would cause Fal to be out of commission, at least for a while, and she probably wouldn't be included into the team assigned to getting rid of the evil magi. Unless we swap Fal for another random magi.

But I don't really want to rewrite the Atrium stuff, so I'd like to change it up a bit.

@Fal: Nuuuu! We'll wait, but you might miss some plot planning.

Physical Description:Tsura She usually wears a dark leather dress, lined with soft, white fur against the cold that constantly surrounds her. She also dons similar boots, with white leggings underneath.
Personality: Timid, easily brought to tears, afraid of being alone
Magic Type/Area of Study: Ice
Creatures: None
Other: Contrary to a usual ice mage, Tsura catches cold easily, hence the warm apparel. She is, physically, extremely weak, but her magic rivals that of her fellows.

Sorry!

I've tried really hard to protest against my mothers decision to put me on electronic lock down, but she' snot budging.

Anyways, I want my Mage to go up against your ice Mage. Just cause Fal's ice magic is really strong too, along with her water magic, as she tends to use it often in the desert. She lives rather close to Voltar, and so a lot of the nasties from down there try to come up and prey on her creatures, so she blasts ice and water at them.
I wanna see what two really strong ice magi will do to each other.
Though Fal does have a fire gryphon and a Raiju on her side... (And an Ammit that is known to have some very strong jaws and sharp teeth)
But I think Fal's pride would get in the way and she' dwell her creatures to sit the fight out.

Just, chock-full of "I'm not going to let you hurt my family!" and stuff.

Fal has a pretty bad backstory too, something she tries really hard not to let others know, but it's something she will always and forever regret.

Ok so when my magi was younger, maybe around 9, 10ish, my magic developed and began present... Rather violently. As in I couldn't control it. And it scared me, because of the fact I couldn't control it. I came from a small village, up near the jungle of Raza. We had about 70, maybe 80 people. Everybody knew everybody else... And when my magic developed I was sort of outcasted by the people of my village, cause they were afraid too. And so some of the older kids, and even some of the kids my age, started to bully and attack me and nobody would do anything. I didn't try to defend myself, for everytime I tried it just made the bullying worse. I tried to hold my magic back, even though I had no training. But at the same time because I had no training, my magic was prone to violent and sudden huge outburst of power, freezing/flooding things around it.
Well, at one particular point in time some of the kids ganged up upon me in the middle of the town, and started to throw rocks at me. I tried to get one of the adults to help me, but all they did was either just stand there and watch, or joined the kids and threw rocks and hurled insults at me. I started to cry, I was in pain from the rocks and I didn't understand and I was scared. My magic fed off all the heightened emotions, and reacted. It froze the village, and all the people in the village, killing them. Yeah, it was a small village but the amount of magic channeled through my body ended up knocking me out and nearly killed me. Thankfully, a few days later an older magi was flying over the area, and noticed the small village frozen in ice. They investigated, and found all the villagers frozen and dead, except for me. I laid at the center of the village, cold but still alive.

The magi brought me back to the keep, and put in an incident report to the higher ups, who decided that for my safety, to keep the whole thing hush-hush, and just say that I came in with an older magi. They quickly went out to clean up the mess, to make sure that nobody would ever know, except for me and the magi who found me.

That's probably my magi's biggest secret, something which I try not to tell people as I am still beating myself up over the incident. And I also have a hard time returning to the jungle cause it reminds me of what I had done. Which is another reason why I live in the desert.

Just throwing this up here to make sure Y'all are ok with it. Not that it really matters, it's stuff in the past that Fal really tries not to tell anybody.
