Could i make my Pokèman character? I think we can fit him into the story so long as we say he was mutated by blackbody then escaped in a rather brutal massacre. Hes a pretty powerfull rapidash but someone could catch him in the begining if he was willing to go with them. Its kinda imposable to catch him with lower teir pokemon but hed probably go eoth someone willingly.
