Four kingdoms lived at peace at one time. The Kingdom of Havallast, the Kingdom of Adendra, the kingdom of Karminam, and the Kingdom of Camandrel. Prosperity reigned through out the land, and those days were called the golden ages. Since then war has descended upon the land of Jezrel and the four kingdom's have gone to war against each other for a completely ridiculous reason. One man by the name of Shardon traveled through the lands stirring up all four kingdoms in hopes of getting them to go to war against each other. He told lies, killed off people, spread rumors and all sorts of things. The war has lasted for ten years and now all four of the kingdoms are ragged and war torn, with nothing left to fight with or for. And on top of that an epidemic of the plague is spreading through the land. They have a temporary alliance in place and are negotiating terms meanwhile Shardon wanders through the land once again, this time he is inflaming the peasants against their leaders. To survive this the kingdoms will need to unite and become one.


The castle is an ancient place dating back to when the four kingdom's were founded. It was built on an island, and is divided between all four kingdom's. The castle has been used many times to host marriages of royalty, sign treaties and all sort's of other things. It's known as common ground upon which the four kingdom's will never fight each other.



You are one of sixteen young nobles who have been sent to the castle in the middle of the four kingdoms as part of the treaty. Four have been sent from each kingdom,two male, two female. You've been sent in hopes of uniting the kingdom's through marriage, though at this point they don't have much hope. None of the kingdom's trust each other, and you are wary of the other inhabitants of the castle. You however are the last hope for prosperity because at the rate the war is going and with the plague spreading through the countryside there's little time. You force yourself to get to know the others without much hope and who knows maybe you will fall in love after all.

Personality::
Kalasin is a bit of a rebel and hates being the same as anyone else, she is very independant and rarely accepts help. She's a tad anti-social, and is often very sarcastic so don"t take everything she says literally. She has ADHD and some rather minor bi-polar issues. Kalasin can act rather strange at times, she'll be perfectly normal one moment and then raging mad the next. She has a very bad temper despite her looks and has trouble reigning it in sometimes. Every so often though she will be kind sweet and caring to others. She is a spit fire so try not to get on her bad side if you can, it's better to stay on her good side. She has a few issues of her own that she needs to sort out, and they get her into trouble every now and again.
Bio::
Kalasin is the daughter of one of the higher ranking Samri, their family is wealthy and well off in the world. Her mother died in childbirth ten years ago, when Kalasin's youngest sister was born. She has two older brother's and one younger sister. Her father is still alive despite having fought in the war, her second brother Shimaro died in the war. He died a warrior's death though, and was buried with honor, and their family is proud of him. When the temporary treaty was signed and volunteers were asked for, Kalasin was one of the first to ask to go. She see's it as her duty to her country as a warrior maiden, and as a samri's child. She's eager to meet people from the other kingdom's since she's never seen any except in paintings.

Personality::
Aden is on the border line of introverted and extroverted. He's nice but there are times where he can be a bit rude and sarcastic. He is protective of any of his friends and or family. He can be very sweet and kind, he is extreamly loyal to all his friends. Aden can be a little mysterious and doesn't like to show his emotions a lot. He will, on occasion show emotion by ways other than smiling. He smiles a lot but that about it. He can sometimes be a major spaz with people he trusts with his life, but that's very rare.
Bio::
Aden is the heir to the Adendran throne, and has been sent to the castle in hopes of uniting the Adendran kingdom with another one. The Adendran's are perhaps the weakest of the kingdom's but they are also the smartest of the four. Aden was named after the founder of their country, in hopes that he would be able to save them. He was the first born of the king and queen of Adendra, and after him he has two sisters after him ans no brohers. He is headed to the castle in hopes of finding the country's future queen.

Kingdom:: Adendra, he's a the High Duke. That is, the Duke related to the King or Queen, and therefore the heir to the throne should their line fail.
Personality:: Vetinari values logic and clear thinking above all else, though is logical and clear-thinking enough to recognize that's not how the average person works. He recognizes that what the general populous wants is stability, a roof over their heads and food in their stomach; basically, they just want tomorrow to be the same as today. He can be cold and ruthless when the occasion demands it, sometimes even seeming heartless, but has a surprising flip side to his personality- the side that loves large dogs, cups of tea with a biscuit, and does his sword practice religiously every morning. Most of the time though, Vetinari is ironic and sarcastic. Oddly enough, he often gets well-known phrases mixed up and has to be corrected. He can, however, be a man of action, and when he is, you don't want to get in his way.
Bio:: When Havelock was young, his father started a Guild of Assassins. And enrolled his son in it. Havelock was skilled at darting into shadows, making himself, despite his gaunt face and pale skin, unnoticeable within a crowd when he wished. But when his father died, Havelock was forced to take over at the age of 18. And despite all expectancies, he was good at ruling. A man who ruled just as much from his heart as his mind, Havelock proved that you didn't need to be trained to rule. Which got him nearly killed several times by other trained Assassins. But as he grew older, Vetinari became slightly colder, especially after his big injury. When his leg was crushed under a horse, he was forced to use a cane at all times, helpless without it. However, he adapted it into a sword-cane, and made it all work.
Weapons:: His sword-cane, a belt of daggers, a longsword, a shield, and a longbow when required. And for hunting.
Pets:: He has two Mastiff's named Veteran and Valentine, and a good three or four hunting dogs. And his horse Samuel.

I can help with the English-based culture! I like Medieval England things. And I know tons of places to get pictures for them. *runs off the find Longbow pics and various types of swords* Since English soldiers also used lots of daggers and swords.

sure that'd be great, my computer hates google and such so I can only see like one page of pictures it's weird so I never get anything decent to use really.....

Ta-da! there's a dagger, a shield, a longsword and a longbow for you! That was typical English Knight or Lord stuff. Peasants wielded hatchets or pitchforks usually.
