you are wondering, yes, I am continuing
to breed Hope. It's slow going, and I hit a
major setback with the recent crash. Guys,
we lost at least 3 or 4 imps from that. *sigh*

i think the best way to look at that is, you might have lost more than the one, but unless i am blind i do not see the poor little egg that was frozen

Over the next several days, I am going to be doing some
rennovations to the front page. The form to request is
changing a bit. I am hoping this does not negatively
impact the decision of those who have expressed intrest
to participate. My aim is to impress upon people who are
not attached to the idea yet that this lineage is treasured
by those of us who have a very real and very personal reason
to hold it so close; I am hoping it will help to ensure no further
heartbreaking incidents. I shall also be finishing up the gifting
of those who are on the list. =) Once I have those sent out, I
shall open up the list again. It's going to take a while to get
everyone their imp, but I am hoping I can count on your
continued patience, as the progens seem to enjoy toying
with me. LoL xD
One small change that I have set my mind to and started out
wanting to do anyway: You will now be sent a mate for your
Hope baby when it is sent to you. I feel like I've already said
this, but I'll go over it again just in case. The reason I am doing
this is to aid in the discouraging of inbreeding. Please DO NOT
use that imp for any other purpose than to breed to your Hope
imp. Never sell it; if you don't want it send it back to me! If these
imps start ending up in the hands of non-Hope participants I am
going to be really pissed. I and several other Hope participants have
been working very hard to get the QB sets to breed these for yall, so
please respect the work that went into this amazing new privelege
and do not abuse it. I may ask that you give me a name for this
second imp as well as your Hope imp when I re-open requests; I
have not decided yet. For now, to complete the current list, I am
going to send them out unnamed and just hope that you name
them something nice. *crosses fingers*

I am getting back on track with breeding these
guys and hope to be opening requests back up
for my birthday at the end of February. I will
be sending out notes to everyone who is currently
on the waiting list to make sure they are still
interested in this lineage. Thank you all very

It's been a very long time since I've posted any
updates to this lineage, but it's never going to
die. Today is a very special day for me... you
see, it would have been my grandmother's
birthday today if she hadn't lost her fight with
the cancer year before last. Yes, I lost another
one. An uncle, too, but I won't get into that here.
I still have breeding to do for this lineage, but
I've actually been breeding sporadically since
the updates here stopped. If you responded
before and would still like to be a part of this
lineage, please let me know. It's been a long,
long time and I will understand if you no longer
wish to be a part of it. No matter what, I wish
yall peace, love, and empathy always.
