@Kakarenbou - We're not ignoring your request, just considering things right now. We'll get back to you (not that we could keep you from making one anyway, lol). Perhaps the firefighters and rescuers should also be added to this, when we make the additional lineages. My problem right now is I'm not 100% sure they are not included on the first list as part of the WTC victims, so we would want to be sure there are not any duplicates. I'm going to do some more research and see what I can find out. I'm going to try and find names and double check that they are not already there. Perhaps you could help me with that since you are a firefighter - its very possible you know about sources that I do not.

Jenn: I have a couple of sources that actually list all the names of the Firefighters who lost their lives. I can provide links to them and try to find my original list (that had pictures with them as well but those can obviously be opted out). And after looking through the list you have compared to mine, it does seem to have the names of the Firefighters. I'll do a comparison to my lists and make sure none are missing and to separate them from the victims who were actually in the building. It's much appreciated that you'd consider letting me be a part of your project and thank you for taking a look.

K, honey, here is what we came up with.

If you can get the firehouse numbers for those firefighters, we will make lineages for those firehouses. And then to help us distribute the lineages, we will give you a 1st gen from each house - and people can name the 2nd gens after fallen firefighters in their own area, just like we ask that 2nd gen we remember's be named for lost family members.

We will also include in the first gens, the firefighters from each house who have either passed away or been forced to retire due to health problems caused by 9/11.

We both like the idea of giving special recognition to the firefighters who lost their lives trying to save others.

How does that sound to you? We have plenty of 9/11 birthday creatures to cover all of the houses (I think anyway, lol).

Sure hon. To make Imp's life easier, which list is that name from? Because of naming restrictions, we will have to remove some of the spaces for that to fit.

i think you are Truely Amazing for doing this!!! I would like to request one or two if i may....i still cry when i think of all the ppl who have lost their lives to this horrific event....i would like one for the firefighters too please
