Welcome to my thread of families.
A long while back, I decided to take on the daunting task of making families with all the creatures I would be collecting here on Magistream. I do have a goal to have at least one male and one female of each creature, but not all of them will be a 'family'. On this thread, I will share my progress of making 12 families with at least 6 generations of offspring within them.
A few notes:
- The offspring from these families will never be for sale or trade, even after the 6th generation. I'm merely making this thread to keep track of my own progress into completing my goal of having large families. :3
- Sometimes, I have a hard time choosing creatures to put into pairs for a family. I'll have a poll run if this happens, so please feel free to take part in them!
- I would like to point out that all my family names are unique. I tend to derive a family name from the creatures' color and/or type. So, if you see a family name that also belongs to another user, I assure you that it is just coincidental and not done on purpose. Thank you.
- One last note about my families: If a couple ends up not being interested in each other, and I've already planned out a family name for them, I will delete that family name and move on to a different creature couple with a brand new family name. I just find this easier to do than just getting two different couples of the SAME creature. I feel I'll have an overabundance of normal couples than I already have if I do this.
