((Hope classes is alright then... How it is by the way?
Was planning to post a reply last night but accidentally close the browser so was out of mood to write. ))

Summer nodded silently, shivering as chills ran down her spine when she remembered the fight between the legendaries in Sinnoh especially back in her hometown, Alamos Town. It was disastrous and the town was almost destroyed in the fight. She was young back then but she remembered it well, vivid images still paint her mind. It was lucky that there was some heroes that was able to restore the Space-Time Tower which played the Oración which was able to soothe the rage of those pokemon. Once she finished reminiscing the past, her attention snapped back into the present and she continued to listen.

Roy looked up, slightly surprised when he was asked about the creature. "Well, it was dark so i wasn't sure but i did see some gleam of silver." He answered, still queasy from remembering the whole trip. Remembering about the spinning was making him dizzy and he felt like puking. "It was quite large tho.. Ginormous..." He recalled.

As the conversation continued on, Summer was getting excited with each of them unraveling their straight happening. Maybe she would find some answers for her research through these individuals that claimed that they came from another place. It would really be interesting and an eye opener for someone like her. "Well, seeing that you guys are new, I can tag along once a while to make sure you're alright?" Summer suggested. Although that she won't always be with them but at least she could learn something once in a while. Summer wasn't the kind to stick around much unless needed or her groupmate proved to be resourceful.

"Yes, i will choose to venture and look around here." Roy decided. If he wants to go home then he would be the one to find the answer and not wait around for years for this to happen. "How about you?" He then turned to the girl and asked.

((Classes are going well so far-- though they keep moving my lab times around so that gets confusing. xD
Oh I hate it when that happens! Especially if it's a long post, the energy to re-write it just gets drained. xD I also can't remember exactly how the game goes, but I directed them to Santalune where the first gym is. Of course I was assuming Roy was going through the traditional trainer route in challenging the gyms. Let me know if he isn't! And I think Lumiose has a blackout at this point in the 'game?' ))

“It was….” Elizabeth murmured, her hold around the Ralts getting a little tighter, causing the small creature to look up in curiosity. She gave a soft smile and lightly patted the top of that green hat-thing. The Ralts waved her tiny arms in response before settling back in the hold. The conversation continued, Professor Sycamore giving them a choice of what to do. Going out into the world? A world she had absolutely zero idea of how it worked. Still, for some reason, the very concept sounded intriguing. Exciting even.

The Ralts could tell as well, giving a small and happy cry. An adventure of sorts. Elizabeth looked over to Summer who offered her help to the two of them. Were Roy and her even going to travel together? Sure they came from the same place, supposedly, but they were also complete strangers to each other. Then again, everyone here was a stranger.

“That might be a good idea….” Eliza murmured. Considering her knowledge was extremely limited. Besides, it would be a good idea to have a couple allies in this odd world, just in case. Roy answered Professor Sycamore first, deciding to explore the Kalos region instead of sitting and waiting. He did, however, surprise her by turning to her and asking what she was going to do.

Professor Sycamore smiled and waited patiently for both to answer. Elizabeth nodded and turned to Roy as he asked. “I think I will too, assuming that returning isn’t going to be easy or quick. Besides, I’m curious myself, this place is interesting.”

“Tres bien! You just need a few things before going on your journey.” Sycamore walked over to his desk, taking two devices in his hand and handed them over. First to Roy, then to Eliza. “This is your Pokedex now. It has information on all known pokemon, it will come in handy when you encounter wild ones. Also,” He also gave five pokeballs each. Again, first to Roy then to Eliza who noticed that the Ralts came from a similar device. Only, it was black and gold where as these were red and white. “These are regular pokeballs. You’ll find that there are different kinds and have different uses. An example being the great ball which has a higher catch rate than these ones. Use them to catch more pokemon, though you can only carry six at a time.”

Elizabeth put them away in her backpack, listening as he continued, “If you're curious about seeing different types there is a Pokeball Boutique here in Lumiose. Of course it may not be accessible at this point with the blackout.” Sycamore walked over to a map of what Eliza assumed was Kalos. “I would recommend traveling down to Santalune,” He directed, pointing a finger from Lumiose on the map down to where Santalune was located. “Most trainers’ challenge that gym leader first, if you’re wanting to go that route.”

Eliza asked quietly, “What’s a gym leader?”

“Ah, right. In our world trainers can do various things, you can consider them professions or occupations. Most trainers challenge the eight gyms scattered across our region, battling alongside their pokemon, testing their ability and strength. If you beat a gym you can get a badge proving it. When you collect all eight badges you can challenge the elite four and the champion.” He paused. “Of course not everyone does this. Some trainers become gym leaders themselves, doctors, researchers, and others. The choice is yours.”

((That's great then. Yep, i would hate that too but mine doesn't change unless it is a replacement class..
I know right.. It seriously put me off when that happens. Nah, we don't have to stick to the game but yeah, Santalune is the first gym so that's the place we would head. Yep.. The North Boulevard actually..))

"That's great." Roy commented, relieved to hear that he would not be all alone in this vast strange world. Even though he was well aware of what was going on but he wasn't equipped with the necessary knowledge, well at least not Kalos Region. His brother, Edmund would find this pretty easy. He looked at the other girl, hoping that they could have a chat or two later on and see if he could find anything informative.

Roy was a little confused when Prof.Sycamore walked over to his desk to retrieve something. What would he possibly need? His question was answered when he saw 2 card-shaped devices and some miniature pokeballs. "Thanks.." He said when he was given the pokedex. He looked at the device and pressed the button in the middle. Instantly, the two ends separated, revealing a visible holographic center.

An image of shinx was displayed on the center when he brought the pokedex up to scan Shinx, a female voice then proceed to read out the entry
Shinx, the Flash Pokémon. When Shinx flexes its muscles, it generates electricity. When sensing danger, its fur glistens.

Interesting. It was something he had expected from watching the show although the design of the pokedex was somehow different. Each region had its own device after all. Roy looked up when he heard Summer exclaimed that he knew how to use the pokedex. "Well... a little." He said, shrugging. He then reached out to receive 5 pokeballs which he kept the remaining in his backpack, seeing that his belt was already filled with 6 pokeball; 1 luxury ball belonged to Shinx and 5 empty ones.

"You may carry any amount of pokeballs with you but more than 6 pokemons and the newly caught ones will be sent over to the professor for safe keeping. For you guys, it would be Prof.Sycamore. Mine is kept with Prof.Rowan over at the Sinnoh Region." Summer interjected, further explaining. "But you can always swap them around when need them. Just call the professor."

Roy quietly listened to their explanation. Although he knew those by now but somehow everything was still new to him. He knew the concept but not the first hand experience so this was pretty exciting. When they were told about the professions here, he began to wonder. What would he be? A Pokemon trainer, performer or...? There was a lot of choices to consider but deep down, he already found something that he would like to do. "Shinx Shinx." The flash pokemon cried happily, as if he was agreeing to what his trainer thought.

Summer nodded.. "Like me, I'm currently a researcher apprentice in field of mythology. But sometimes, i still like to battle." She said, winking an eye and smiled.

"Well, seeing it is your first time here.. I will show you what's a pokemon battle.. A friendly one tho." She suggested. "Meet me downstairs at the battle field. It's just outside, at the backyard." She added before turning her heels and walked over to the elevator, riding the machine down to the ground floor.

((So would Eliza like to try or do i just randomly roleplay one out? XD))

((Randomly roleplay one out :yey: For now I'll just have Eliza watch from the sidelines and observe.))

ᎬᏞᎥᏃᎪbᎬᏆh

Elizabeth wasn’t expecting to hear another female voice, and looked over toward Roy. She noticed that there was no one else and that the sounds were coming from the device in his hands. Well, a pokedex she supposed. It spoke about a Shinx, explaining its classification and description. She glanced down at her own before putting it away in her red backpack as well, somewhere accessible though. It would come in handy and later she could get some information on Ralts.

More than that, however, was finding a profession. Should she be a pokemon trainer? Go around challenging these gyms to a battle? Somehow it didn’t sound very exciting to her. Neither did being a researcher or doctor. Oh well, first thing was to soak in more knowledge of how this world works. Figuring out an occupation could come later. Besides, they may return home before she does.

Although that was just wishful thinking.

Summer spoke up again, about her being a researcher apprentice for the field of mythology. It sounded interesting, but still something Eliza wasn’t sure she wanted to do. She shook her head, knowing it was okay not to worry about this. Summer added that she would show them what a pokemon battle looked like, a personal demonstration, before heading into the elevator.

Professor Sycamore smiled, “That should be everything for now. Don’t hesitate to call or stop by if you have any concerns or questions. Likewise, I’ll be sure to let you both know if something important comes up.” He gestured toward the elevator. “I wish you luck as you explore the Kalos region-- and the world of pokemon!”

“Thanks Professor Sycamore,” Elizabeth bowed her head slightly and felt relieved. The burden of feeling out of place and pretending to know the basics was gone. It was nice to have some help. She turned to Roy once again, the Ralts raising her head more to see who this young man was and the Shinx he was holding. “I guess… we’ll be traveling together?”

((Here we go.. One random battle, coming up. ))

Image

Roy kept the device in his pocket and continued to follow the discussion until Summer had suggest about a little demonstration on battling. He knew what it meant but still, it would be exciting to see it with his own eyes. Roy let go off Shinx when the pokemon struggled lightly, Shinx landed elegantly on the ground.
"Thank you, Prof.Sycamore " He thanked the professor on his enthusiasm and willingness to help them before making way toward the elevator with Shinx bouncing by his side.

He glanced back, looking over his shoulder when he heard the girl spoke. "Well, i guess...Unless you've a different idea." He shrugged, scratching the back of his head even though it wasn't itchy. Meeting someone new was always a hard move for him so he usually doesn't leave a good first impression on others. "So.......You're from where, again?" He dragged slightly before asking. "I'm from Victoria, Australia..so yeah, G'day mate" He added awkwardly before stepping into the elevator, holding onto it until the girl came in.

Image

Both Summer and Sophie were patiently waiting outside on the backyard, with the latter agreeing for the friendly demonstration match. The assistant appeared without her lab coat so that it wouldn't be dirty, tho she did opt for a sunhat to block the sunlight. They waited for a while before walking over the battlefield when they saw the pair emerging from the building. Taking their spot on the battlefield, they then simultaneously sent out their pokemon.
"Laurel, you're up." Summer called out, tossing the pokeball into the air.
"Marill.. Stand by for battle." Sophie said at the same time as Summer. Both pokeball stopped midair, pop opened and bright white light was sent out onto the ground before it materialized into their respective pokemon.

"Skid Skid... Skiddo" Laurel cried when the light materialized into a skiddo who was laying down comfortable on the ground before she heaved herself onto her hooves. The goat-like pokemon bleated happily when she saw Summer before turning to face her opponent. "Marill Marill..." The blue mouse-like pokemon said, bouncing around, sometimes using its tail. Marill is an aqua mouse pokemon that was said to be able to swim in strong current without being slowed down.

"Alright then.. So the battle will soon commence and since this is a friendly battle, it will end whenever either side decided to stop." Summer commentated. "Begin!" Sophie declared, pushing her glasses higher onto the bridge of her nose. Marill began by jumping back and shoot white bubbles from its mouth at a greater speed. The attack was successful, Laurel was pushed back slightly but the mount pokemon was able to shook out the effect as if not much damage was taken.

"Since Skiddo is a grass type, the damage isn't much because grass has greater advantage against water type move." Roy explained to Eliza from the little knowledge he knew about battling. He was able to know what pokemon were those after checking on the pokedex although he was quite familiar with Marill.

"Laurel, use razor leaf." Summer commanded immediately after the attacks. Laurel nodded then fired multiple green-glowing leaves from her grassy mane toward her opponent. Marill tried to use rollout to counter the attack but was easily pushed back by the firing leaves until it effectively hit Marill. "Continue with tackle." She said, not waiting around for her opponent to rest and start attacking them. Laurel ran toward Marill swiftly and slammed into the pokemon without giving it a chance to recover or counter. Exhaustively, Marill stood its ground even though it was after all those attacks while Laurel stared at her opponent, ready to attack any moment.

Summer smiled and Sophie nodded, clearly knowing what the other girl was thinking. "I think that is all about it." She said, calling off the match and returned Marill into its pokeball. She praised the aqua mouse pokemon for its good work.
"Well, there you have it. Although in real battle, it would be more intense than this one."

((Quick post! Also tweaked Eliza's personality in her form a bit. Might do more tomorrow. I'm off to bed now, super tired. ))

ᎬᏞᎥᏃᎪbᎬᏆh

Ralts stayed in Eliza’s hold, finding it surprisingly comfortable, and looked down to see the Shinx bouncing about on the floor. The brunette shook her head. “No… Not particularly.” She murmured, beginning to feel slightly awkward again, as if their uncomfortable meeting were bouncing off one another. Well, fortunately Roy helped break that again by asking where she was from, in the other world. He mentioned he was from Australia, piquing her curiosity. She knew a couple people outside her country, but not Australia.

“I’m from Nebraska, in the United States,” She stepped into the elevator that he helped hold open. “Thank you.” She looked over toward where Professor Sycamore was standing before the doors slowly closed shut. A small sigh slipped past her lips before she spoke, “... I feel as though I should be more nervous about this whole thing. Scared even.”

But she wasn’t. In fact, she was excited by the unknown somehow instead of being afraid of it. Perhaps it was because it felt as though the two were headed off on some high adventure, similar to the RPGs she used to play back at home.

Eventually the elevator stopped on the first floor and the doors opened, letting them advance in this unusual story. She stepped out and made sure Roy was with her before continuing on outside, searching for this small battle field where Summer was located. Well, her and someone else. When they neared Elizabeth noted it was Sophie, the one with the brown creature.

The young women walked away and stood on both ends of the field, Roy and Eliza on the sidelines. They sent out their pokemon; Summer having a strange green-goat creature and Sophie going with a round blue-mouse thing. Elizabeth remembered the device Professor Sycamore gave them, and took it out. Holding it up, the dex opened on its own, the red ends separating and a transparent screen in the middle had blue rings. The picture of the green pokemon showed up as well and, just as Roy’s had done, a voice began to speak.

Skiddo, the Mount Pokemon. Thought to be one of the first pokemon to live in harmony with humans, it has a placid disposition.

She turned to the other one and watched it register the same. “Marill, the Aquamouse Pokemon. Marill’s oil-filled tail acts much like a life preserver. If you see just its tail bobbing on the water’s surface, it’s a sure indication that this Pokemon is diving beneath the water to feed on aquatic plants.

Elizabeth lowered the pokedex once the battle commenced, Marill bouncing before releasing bubbles from its mouth, going at quick speeds. While it hit the Skiddo, the goat-like pokemon didn’t seem to be all that phased and shook it off. Roy explained why-- mentioning that because Skiddo was a grass type, water wasn’t that effective. If she recalled the pokedex entry correctly, that meant the Marill was at a type disadvantage. Although she wasn’t sure about the fairy typing.

The Skiddo launched its own attack, presumably a grass type move and gave no room for the Marill to counter despite its attempts to. Soon after the battle ended, with both sides agreeing to call it quits. It was an interesting thing to see. So these creatures weren’t here to look pretty or cool. They fought other pokemon alongside the commands of their trainers. She couldn’t imagine what an intense battle looked like, not now anyway.

While he wasn't sure where was Nebraska but he was certain about the U.S.A. Nebraska must be one of the 50 states in the country. It was rather interesting to meet someone from the western side of the globe. "No worries." He smiled, pressing the button that would bring them down to the very 1st floor of the building. "So i guess we're sticking together then for the time being." He said as the doors of the lift closed and the motors running.

The ride down was a little quiet... maybe too quiet for his liking. He looked when he heard her spoke although it was almost too soft for him to hear but he was able to make out the words. "Me too.. Well, at first.. especially with these creatures since I've bad experience with animals but then. some proved to be sweet." He relayed. It was frightening at first but Roy was learning to like the unexpected adventure now. At least it was a break from having to study back home. The elevator stopped and the doors slowly opened, casting the familiar room. He let Eliza to leave first and followed right after her with Shinx bouncing alongside of him.

They went outside and Roy stood by the sidelines, watching as both women readied themselves for the battle. Both trainers sent out their pokemon and the battle was underway. Even though it wasn't as intense he had expected but it was a different experience watching it live. This sort of battle was more free-flowing than in the game so it was more suspense, requiring the skill of both trainers and pokemon.
"That was interesting." He said while Shinx cheered.

Image

Summer smiled, returning Laurel back into her pokemon after the match for a well-deserved rest. Both of them walked over to where Roy and Eliza were standing where Summer thanked Sophie for willing to participate in this battle.
"Phew.. Haven't been in a battle for a while, so i hope i still got it." Sophie said, chuckling. "Yep, still got it. Not bad actually." Summer commented which rather pleased Sophie. The older woman bid them goodbye as she had to return to her work and make sure Marill recovered from all of those damages.

The older woman watched as Sophie disappeared into the building before turning to face the pair. "Well, hopefully you guys get a little something out of it." She said.
"Lets get you guys settle down a bit and then teach you guys how to catch some pokemon...unless you're hungry." She suggested, motioning for them to follow her.

Leading them toward the Pokemon Center where injured pokemon were usually sent for healing, she stopped in front of a large red building. The place was also designed for Trainers to rest, gathering to exchange information at the lobby, to stay in one of the lodging rooms, to eat at the cafeteria and even to battle. Thankfully there was still power over in South Boulevard, else they would have to travel all the way to Santalune City or Camphrier Town for a Pokemon Center.

Summer stepped into the building when the glass doors slid opened. She then walked over to the front desk, only to be greeted by a woman with pink hair who was dressed in a pink-white dress with a Wigglytuff by herself.
"Good Morning and welcome to the Pokemon Center. How may I help you?" The woman greeted. "Wiggly tuff!" The pink balloon pokemon addressed cheerily.
"Good Morning. May I register for a room please?"
"Of course. Wait a second while i get everything ready." The nurse said, typing some details onto her computer.

"Eliza and Roy.. Meet Nurse Joy. The kind nurse who take care of everything around here." Summer introduced.
"Nice to meet you. If you need anything else that I can assist in, feel free to ask. This includes registration for the Kalos League" Nurse Joy smiled, stepping out from behind the desk. "Right this way please." She said sweetly, leading them down the corridor.

Nurse Joy swung the door opened after unlocking it, revealing a cozy sleeping quarter that was composed of two sets of bunk beds, a desk and a chair and wardrobe. However, girls and boys don't have separate dormitory so friends were usually allowed to share rooms. "There is a curfew of 11pm so be back before that or you will be locked out till the morning...And the bathroom is just down the corridor. Enjoy your stay." She explained before leaving the key to them and walking away to resume her duty. "So...I'll meet you guys at the lobby once you guys settle down." Summer said before disappearing from their view.

((Well, look at that, managed to get some type of reply in. It's not glorious, but I got Eliza to actually talk to Roy this time. -- I also need to figure out how to bump threads on this site.... :bounce: ))

ᎬᏞᎥᏃᎪbᎬᏆh

It was a strange feeling for Eliza, causing the Ralts in her arms to pause and glance up. The battle really didn’t last for long and perhaps to others it didn’t look amazing compared to two advanced and experienced pokemon challenging one another. For the young girl, however, it amazed her. Just to see how quick you have to be in commands, thinking and adapting to the current situations.

There was an odd tightness in her chest. She wanted to see more battles.

The idea surprised her and she shook her head before Summer came over to the beginner trainers. The other girl motioned for them, and Eliza took that as their cue to stand up, shifting her backpack a bit. The Ralts in her arms gave a tiny chirp and hung on as the small group made their way from the lab. She looked around once more, taking note of some of the buildings towering over them. There were many more creatures walking alongside their humans, reminding her a bit of home.

Those thoughts didn’t last long as Summer stopped in front of a red roofed building, with a sign saying ‘Pokemon Center.’ Once they entered and walked up to the front desk, a woman with interesting pink hair smiled. At her side was a pink creature-- and Eliza decided to refrain from retrieving her pokedex, feeling as though it might be rude. Instead she waited from the sidelines quietly until Summer introduced them. Nurse Joy was it?

“Ah, thank you,” She said quietly before looking puzzled at the mention of the Kalos league. Must have something to do with the gyms like Professor Sycamore mentioned. Eventually Nurse Joy lead them down to their new temporary room. Nurse Joy gave them some rules and Summer told the two to meet her in the lobby once they were settled.

If Eliza were going to be honest, she hadn’t expected to be sharing a room with Roy, but it probably couldn’t be helped. Stepping inside, the young lady chose one of the lower bunk beds and softly placed her red backpack down. Ralts jumped out of her arms and landed gracefully on the covers.

“Reminds me of university.” Eliza murmured before taking out that pokedex. Opening it she faced the device toward her Ralts and waited for the female voice to begin explaining, “Ralts, the feeling pokemon. Ralts senses the emotions of people using the horns on its head. This Pokemon rarely appears before people. But when it does, it draws closer if it senses the person has a positive disposition.

The small white pokemon gave a happy cry, causing Eliza to smile and gently pat the top of her green helmet head. “What do you think about a nickname?” If they stuck with Ralts then she would probably become confused if there happened to be another. Of course she’ll probably be confused regardless since she now had to learn so many names. Fortunately the small pokemon nodded and waved her tiny little arms. That’s when she noticed the pokedex gave her a moveset. “Growl… and Confusion…? I’m assuming those are commands you know.” She pressed on each one to see a description.

She turned toward Roy, for the first time since they’ve met by the way. He seemed to be more confident about this world than her, so she thought it would be okay to ask a couple questions. “Roy, Nurse Joy mentioned a Kalos League, is that what Professor Sycamore meant earlier?” She paused. “... Will you possibly be entering it?”

((Finally finally not so lazy to put up a post. Anyway, apologies for the late reply and also for my rustiness. Haven't been roleplaying these few months and also i kind off forget some details here and there.. Anyway...))

Image

Roy watched as Sophie disappeared toward the lab while Summer had another plan of her own. Following the older woman, they wound up walking through the bustling streets to who knows where. Shinx bounced alongside of him, cheerily following around since it was normal for the pokemon to do so. Glancing over, he noticed that Eliza was doing a lot better than earlier. She was a lot calmer and she took in the not-so-normal environment. If he didn't know about this, he would probably be running around hysterically while trying to find something that made sense or worse... faint.

So they were heading over to the Pokemon Center.. well, something that he should be expecting although it looked slightly different. Well, the Nurse Joy here was certainly a little different from the one from other regions, not only in term of looks but also their uniform. Instead of curlier fringe, Nurse Joy had straighter fringe that was combed to the side. To be honest, their uniform looked nicer here. And was that a Wigglytuff as a nurse? Well, that certainly another change. Roy followed them toward their room and was slightly surprised when he realised that they would have to share a room.

Even though the room was quite large and looked comfortable, he never has a thought of sharing a room with a girl...especially with someone he had just met. But since Eliza seemed to be alright with it, he might as well just go on with the flow. He watched as both Nurse Joy and Summer left the room for them to settle down before turning to face Eliza. "Well.. This is a little different that I have expected." He shrugged before taking the other lower bunk bed. He placed his backpack by the side before laying down comfortable on the mattress. Shinx joined him by jumping onto the bed and Roy couldn't help but ruffled his fur. Roy had grow to like the little guy.

"Hmm...A name.." Roy thought when he heard Eliza mentioned about giving a nickname to the Ralts. Well, it certainly would help him to differentiate his shinx from the other shinx that they bounded to meet and also, it would give some kind of an identity to the little guy. Roy looked up when Eliza started to speak to him and the boy sat up so that he could answer her better.
"Well, in a way.. Yes, it is what Prof.Sycamore said. You have to collect 8 gym badges to be entitled to participate in the Kalos League where the winner would have to chance to face the Elite 4 and Champion. Of course, that is not the only competition here if you are not interesting in pokemon battling. There are contests as well." Roy explained.

"And by the way...the pink balloon pokemon just now.. It is a wigglytuff." He told, noticing the hesitation that Eliza had on using her pokedex when they met Nurse Joy earlier. Roy knew since he would be in her shoes if it wasn't for the fact that he had some basic in pokemon. "Are you really alright with us sharing a room? We can ask if you're not comfortable..." ((No worries-- I feel a little rusty with my writing as well. I'm sorry that it's short! Wanted to post something at least, its been a little while.))

Even to Elizabeth it was odd how she was taking this. One would expect her to be hyperventilating or breaking down at the thought about being in another world. Yet, for some reason, it was beginning to feel okay. She wasn’t completely comfortable about being among strangers and odd creatures that could possibly turn on her without warning. It was a hard feeling to describe. Perhaps saying she felt in place?

Maybe it was because she was understanding that this was their reality; whether she liked that fact or not. The sooner she accepted that the better. She hoped.

Eliza plopped down on the edge of the bed, letting the Ralts crawl up on her lap, sitting behind her trainer’s arms. It was then she noticed her feet were beginning to hurt, sore from all the walking. She ignored that and looked up over at Roy when he answered her curiosity. Collecting 8 gym badges, participating in the regional league, and possibly face the Elite 4 and even the Champion. She was hoping that once someone explained it, she would be interested, but that wasn’t the case. The idea of entering a tournament focused on battling didn’t sound so wonderful.

Perhaps that would change in time.

“...Wigglytuff?” Eliza paused, sounding it out before smiling at how humorous it sounded. “Thanks, I didn’t want to be rude or anything…. Hm?” He asked if she was truly okay with sharing a room. After all the two were merely strangers-- only thing they had in common was that they came from the same world.

“I think it should be fine,” The young lady murmured. She’d probably regret saying that later, namely at night. “It’s only for one night, hopefully. Are you alright with sharing a room?” She figured they would be okay for one night. Besides, if this was how the room was laid out for this Pokemon Center, would that mean other Centers would be the same? This might not be the last instance.
I have to step away from the site for a bit to handle school.
I apologize for short notice-- I'll let RP partners know when I have returned!
