Blaire followed his mom to the door and outside. Feeling a spurt of energy burst into him, he dashed across the clearing between their house and the healers hut. He paused next to the door and waited silently while his mother and Sabrina caught up.

Tears welled up in Brazen's eyes as Zoe darted away with a promise to get help.
"Please... don't leave me..." he choked back a sob. Yes, he needed help, but what if the bobcat came back? What if he died out here, all alone? He was scared.

Aiden met the young pup, Zoe, hardly slowing his pace. She quickly explained the situation, but before she had completely finished, his body went into overdrive and he sprang across the ground with renewed energy, following her tracks. He found Brazen lying on the ground, curled up, whimpering and bleeding. There was undoubtedly a lot of blood.
He shifted into his human form in mid-gallop, nearly toppling on his face. He skidded to a halt next to Brazen and looked at his son, his heart jumping into his throat as he saw all the blood. Brazen whimpered, twitching his dark ears and panting heavily.
"Brazen, it's okay. I'm here. You're going to be fine." he said, running his hands over Brazen's pelt gently "Son, listen to me, I know this is hard, but I need you to try to be as calm as possible. Okay?" as he spoke he removed his shirt, wadded it, and pressed it up to Brazen's blood soaked fur, right against the wound "Everything is going to be fine. I've got you. You're going to be fine." he reassured.
He carefully scooped Brazen up into his arms, making sure to keep pressure on the wound. He held him tightly as he quickly moved out of the trees.
"Zoe!" he locked his eyes onto the she-pup "Run ahead and get Tami, the healer. She'll need to meet me half way." he said. With that, he began to move quickly. He wanted to run, but he knew he needed to keep Brazen as still and calm and warm as possible, so he held him close and moved as quickly as he could, without jostling his boy.

Aiden let out a sigh of relief as he watched Tami's healing powers work on Brazen. As soon as Brazen was healed, and had shifted into his human form, Aiden pulled him into a hug.
"Don't ever run away from me again. I'd never forgive myself if something horrible happened to you." he said.
Brazen hugged him back, then they let go.
Aiden smiled ironically as Raven mentioned the bobcat thing. He had almost forgotten: they had fought a nasty bobcat years ago and took its orphaned cubs home.
Brazen looked at Zoe and smiled weakly. He still felt weak and a little wozey from the loss of blood, but he wasn't hurting now.
"Thanks Zoe. You really kicked that furrball's butt." he said with a shy smile.

Aiden stood, moving next to Raven. He heard her question and looked at her, then he wrapped his arm around her waist.
"I wasn't really angry... not like, ANGRY angry... just a little... well... angry." an ornery grin spread across his face as he looked at her.

Blaire raised his eyebrows as he listened in on the conversation.
"You got attacked by a bobcat? Cool!"
Brazen glared at his brother.
"No, not cool. Scary. Painful. And did I mention scary?"
Blaire had no doubt that it was scary. He was scared just by the amount of blood lingering on his brother's shirt and the paleness of his skin. It was gruesome. And REALLY scary. But he wouldn't show that. So, he grinned at his brother.
Brazen rolled his eyes and looked back at Zoe. His face twisted into one of concern when he saw her cringed.
"Are you all right?" he asked as he watched as his aunt healed her.

Aiden kissed Raven back, wrapping his arms around her waist, then he blushed when Tami teased them. He pulled back from Raven and grinned sheepishly.

"Aw, no scars?" Blaire commented when his aunt had finished healing Zoe "It's no fun if you don't get a scar out of the deal."
Both boys looked in their parents direction when they kissed.
"EW!" Blaire covered his eyes.
"Gross!" Brazen covered his eyes as well "They swapped spit!"

I've been away for so long, my feeble mind is getting confooooozed. >_< If you want, I can go in and simplify yours as well. I just took out the ages on most of mine, took out the human picture, and updated the wolf pictures. I may take out my wolf pictures later, as well, and writing in their description.))

(I was also wondering: what do you think has happened to the pack as a whole during this time? Has the pack grown? Has it declined? Are they at war? Has there been sickness? Just tossing around some ideas....)

A small pack of three wolves rushed past the trees, stirring the leaves up as they ran. An injured doe bounded ahead of them, struggling to survive. But the three werewolves were gradually gaining.
Blaire and Brazen fanned out on either side of the doe, while Liam stayed on her heels. The threesome quickly began to close in on her. Liam finally surged forward and snapped at her back legs, tripping her. Simultaniously, Brazen lunged at her from the side and sank his teeth into her shoulder.
With a breathless "whoop!" the doe hit the ground. All three male wolves converged on her, and in less than 5 seconds, it was all over.

Ryan creeped around the corner of a hut and up to a small window. He listened quietly for a moment, hearing the voices of the Alpha and Beta females speaking.
His nose twitched and his stomach growled. He could smell a bit of food sitting just inside the window.
He slowly sat up higher and peeped over the windowsill quickly.
Good! Both females had their backs to the window. Now, if he could just grab that small bowl of food sitting under the window without them noticing....
He glanced around. Seeing that no one was nearby to catch him, he stood up and cautiously reached in the window, stretching his fingers out toward the blow of delicious food.
