Haha, take 2. Alright, so where should we arty? The reaping? Training? The train?

Cool, who do you want to start?

Jason adjusted his coat so it looked better on his muscular build, and ran a comb through his neatly kept, blonde hair. His blue eyes shined as he told himself that this was his year, his year to be chosen, and to win the Hunger Games. He made his way down to the town center where the dealings took place. He took his spot behind the eighteen year olds. He listened to the eccentric Capitol lady, and the man who would be his mentor. He knew it was his year. He didn't pay much attention as the girl was called.
"Now for the boys!" the woman's voice trilled. "Jason Shell!" she said.
The bit grinned and sauntered to the stage, taking his place next to the girl, and he waved at his district.

As for Lush, she didn't have such kind of morning. After she had prepared for the Reaping, -like every other kid, she had dressed up-, she shared her thoughts of volunteering with her parents. Only they weren't too happy about it, it was safer if she just stayed home. But Lush knew that this was the year. It was now or never. She had left her house, angry and upset, and now she was standing in the group of 16 year olds, her lips curled into a smile. This was it... When the girl got reaped, someone she didn't know, Lush quickly stepped forward and smirked at the surprised faces of her friends. "I volunteer! I will defend out district in the Arena." She was welcomed on the stage with an applausw, it was normal for people to volunteer, and with the smirk still on her face, she waited for the boy to be reaped.

Jason managed to high five some of his jealous friends as he walked by. The peacekeepers ushered him into a room as he waited for the train. Soon, his parents appeared in the room with grin's on their faces. Once they were inside though, both of their faces turned to frowns.
"You better not mess this up kid, you better bring pride to our district." Jason's father said gruffly, which made his mother yawn. The two didn't care if Jason died, only if District 2 won, and they seemed to have more faith in the district 2 girl then their own son. Then a peacekeeper came in and ushered them away, and his next guest came in, his younger brother Cato.(I had to...)
"Good luck!" the boy said cheerfully, wishing it was him instead of his brother who had been chosen though.
"Thanks kid, be good for mom and dad, okay? Make sure you watch me win." Jason said. The two boys chatted until another peacekeeper led his brother out.

After the boy got reaped, they both were escorted to a room. Theywere told to wait, both in an individual room, until the train came to pick them up and take them to the Capitol. It wasn't a long ride since they were so close, but still. Everyone agreed that arrival by train had a dramatic effect. She sat down on the chair, looking out of the window. Lush spotted her little brother. He was wearing his favourite clothes, Lush found that he was looking like a golden doll. But he was down there, and not here, to wish his sister luck, even though it was her who had made the decisionto go. Not even her parents came to give her a visit. The three minutes took forever. At last, two peacekeepers appeared and they asked her if she was ready.did she have a choice from now on? With a smile, she ran her hand through her hair. It had began.

Jason stood up slowly and stretched a bit. Peacekeepers then came in and sheparded him downstairs to the train. He was waving at the crowd, getting them going. He waved at the cameras all around to. His mentor had been in to see him briefly to tell him to make the crowd like him. He already knew that. He climbed aboard the train, and took a set next to the girl. He was still smiling at the people out the window, until the train started moving and they were put of district 2. His mentor spoke to the two of them briefly, before they both ate some of the Capitol food.
