"Uncle Naye~" Misaki squealed as she ran over to him. Kanaye didn't have time to react as the small reddish haired child plopped herself on his stomach. Hibiki rubbed his eyes at the rude awakening. Hinata mumbled something along the lines of 'noisy...' and turned on her side, curling into a ball. "Atsushi Misaki, that wasn't nice. You disturbed Uncle Naye, Hibiki, and Hinata. Say sorry." Mika reprimanded. "Gomen..." the small girl mumbled into Kanaye's shirt. Kanaye patted her on the head, putting his papers away. "So what's the news? Shuichi seemed rather serious about it." Kanaye asked Mika. She was seated just across from him, fiddling with the hem of her skirt. "While me and Misaki were at her favorite cafe, we met up with someone you'd probably want to meet again." she told him. Kanaye's interest piqued. "And who might this person be?" he asked, interested. "Yoshinaga Saeko."

Saeko sat up quickly, breathing heavily as she looked around the room despite the odd furniture she was glad for it because it was a great reminder that she was out of the hospital , reassuring her she was at her home, the mismatched colors were welcomed rather than the empty white she had never grown used to no matter how much time passed by.
Saeko hugged her knees for a moment trying to calm her breathes.
The brunette looked to her side and saw Haku fast asleep, she palmed her forehead. 'Geh i did it again'
Her expression softened for a moment but despite the grateful feeling she had the blonde stayed with her it didn`t stop the girl from stepping on him "Wake up and get to your own room you lazy ass!"

Kanaye shifted in bed, groaning in irritation at his alarm clock. He smacked the accursed device with enough force to shut it up and stretched, yawning sleepily as he climbed out of bed. He made his way to the room next to his. Hibiki remained snuggled into his sheets. Kanaye sat on the empty space beside the small boy and ruffled his hair. "Oi, wake up." he told his nephew. Despite his words, his actions and tone suggested a fondness for the smaller version of himself. "Dun' wanna go skuuuuul..." Hibiki mumbled into his pillow. Kanaye chuckled at his reaction. He pulled his mini-me's blanket off him and picked him up, slinging him over his shoulder. "Come on, we need to wake up your sister before the two of you end up late." he told the now half-awake Hibiki.

"Has anyone ever told you its rude to step on people?"
"Yes they have"
"and?"
"i punched them out for sticking their noses in my business"

The blonde grumbled as he rubbed his sore back, sending the brunette a hurt expression which she just nonchalantly brushed off.
Saeko went back to her futon and wrapped herself warmly with the covers.
Haku rose an eyebrow at this going over to the sleeping brunette, he crouched down and took hold of the blanket at the corner then gave it a vicious tug.
Saeko laid sprawled her face firmly planted on the floor, her forehead in pain before picking herself up "What the f*ck was that all about?!?!" the brunette screamed as she pointed a finger at him accusingly.
"Well first off that was revenge for stepping on me when i was being oh so kind to you-"
"your just a creepy perv who wants to sleep with me"
"-ignoring that comment since your making up lies just because you want me so badly"-SMACK"
Haku coughed into his hand, feeling a bruise forming on his head "But secondly did you forget you agreed to meet your brothers for breakfast today?"
Saeko unclenched her fist tilting her head to the side in confusion "Wait when the hell did i say i would go?"
"Yesterday remember? back at the cafe?"
"...........f*ck me"
"i`d love to but we need to hurry"
The brunette stood their her mouth flopping like a fish as the blonde breezed past her on the way to the door.
"Be ready in 15 minutes `kay? I`ll be back by then" and with that the door closed shut leaving Saeko by herself. "............BAKA!!!!!!"

Depositing Hibiki at the table, Kanaye went to the door just opposite of the young boy's. Hinata was sprawled out on the bed, several plush toys on the floor with a few remaining on the bed. "Hinata-chan." he said while lightly ruffling her sheets. She swatted his hands away and he smirked. He tickled her sides and she twitched before breaking into giggles. "I'm up~ I'm up~ Stop, Tou-san~" she laughed. "Yah, now we can eat breakfast." Kanaye said triumphantly as he scooped up the small girl and set her on his hip. Placing her at the table, he dug out three bowls, a box of cereal, and a carton of milk. He placed these on a tray and looked for three glasses and a carton of orange juice before returning. "Let's eat~"

Saeko glared as she walked side by side Haku down the street, crossing her arms as she kept grumbling under her breath about it being too cold, bastard brothers or to be castrated blondes.
The brunette had swept her caramel curls to one side over her shoulder wearing a fleece cream colored coat rimmed with white fake fur at the collar, sleeves and bottom. Her baby blue demin skirt peeked out of the long coat with tan velvet boots to match.
Wearing this she was pretty much like a monarch butterfly, beautiful in appearance so much that you`d never know how poisonous they actually are.
The only reason the brunette would relent to wear such clothing was because the last time she wore by her definition of casual in front of her aniki he had then proceeded to send mountains of new clothes to her apartment back in America that made it impossible to even enter said apartment with a sticky note on each and every single box saying "Cute younger sisters should dress as such don`t you think so Saeko-chan?"
The brunette`s eye twitched at the memory, there was no way in hell she was letting that happen again.

After a short struggle with getting the twins cleaned, Kanaye left them to go get dressed himself before they all ran late. As he stepped out of his room, Hinata walked up to him with her hair brush in hand. "Tou-san, help me with my hair?" she asked him. Taking the brush from her hand, he picked her up and sat her down at one of the seats at their mini-bar turned breakfast table. He combed through the short blond curls while waiting for Hibiki.

He pulled Hinata's hair up into her trademark lopsided ponytail and grabbed his car keys just as Hibiki came stumbling out of his room while pulling on his socks. Hinata bounced over to the entrance of their house and put on her shoes, Kanaye following after her while Hibiki struggled with his socks for a while longer. After the battle with his feet covering, Hibiki put on his shoes and ran after them into the car.

Akira tapped his fingers on the desk as he stared at the document on his desk. This-this was not a problem he had at all foreseen relating to his little sister. A secret this outrageous only resurfacing now? And to think his father even after having passed away for a few years now still managed to keep an eye on this and kept it from all to them up to this point!
Circumstances have changed that`s the only reason why this was bought to life and to think this had gone on for nine years without Akira`s knowledge. He was not like Takashi who`d let his emotions blind his thinking and how- how could Saeko not say anything?!?
The raven haired man sighed rubbing his temples 'Of course she wouldn`t even want to remember such a person if he only bought back horrible memories but should he tell her? Would she even care to see him?'
Akira snapped out of his thoughts when he heard his cellphone ringing. The man checked at the caller I.D the cold expression on his face wiped clean as he answered his phone "Ah Saeko-chan have things gone well over there?' " I see has Haku kept you company? Your almost at the train station? if you had only asked i would have sent someone to pick you up. Ah fine if that is your desire. See you soon than Saeko-chan"
His smile dropped as he took another glance at the documents 'No now is not the time' He promptly picked up the documents and put them in the cabinet in his desk, locking it shut. 'I`ll find some other way to deal with this'



Saeko frowned at her phone before she pocketed it away. 'Stupid Aniki saying weird things again'. Haku chuckled at the brunette expression but soon the sidewalk was crowded with the morning rush for everyone headed off to work.
