Jessie just rested quietly against Rin, trying to ignore his sore throat; he noticed the other mers watching them and he bit his lip ''why are they watching us?..''

"I think they're just curious. It was a bit of a commotion." Rin pointed out, glancing over at the other mers for a moment before looking back at Jessie.

"oh.. right..'' murmured Jessie as he rested his head on Rin's shoulder, closing his eyes and dozing lightly for a few moments ''what do you wanna do now?" he asked with a joking smile

"I don't think I can do anything until I've calmed down slightly." Rin said, laughing a little and sounding like he might burst into tears. "You scared me."

Jessie sighed softly and he kissed Rin on the neck ''im sorry.. i should have been looking where i was going..'' he murmured, hugging the other mer gently

Rin frowned, kissing Jessie back on the lips.
"It's not your fault in the slightest." He said, biting his lip. "You don't have to apologise..."

''i still should have been more careful.. what if that had been attached to a ship? i would have been captured..'' murmured Jessie and he pulled his head back to look at Rin with worry in his eyes

"I'm more concerned if you drown... if you were taken there'd at least be a chance we could get you back." Rin said quietly, biting his lip. "But still, you should be a little more careful..."

''still.. but, ill be more careful from now on..'' murmured Jessie and he sighed softly as he hugged Rin softly again

"You'd better." Rin agreed in a murmur, hugging Jessie back with a soft sigh. "I don't want to loose you..."
