Tris watched the two boys, her morphing freezing when she returned back to her usual appearance. However, when her fears were released into her mind, she began panicking, and panicking caused her to change into any face she had seen; whether she was actively aware of it or not. She let out a loud sigh of relief when it stopped and dropped to the floor, though she quickly pushed herself up.
"How do I know I can trust you?" She glared at the two of them.

"Think about it." JJ said. "First, you need to trust us to find out." He folded his arms and leaned back onto one leg.

Tarin just looked at the girl blankly as if he was remembering something about her, or maybe it was just a stupid dream he had about cake. Who knows?

JJ waited patiently for the girl's answer. Her decision would decide his love's life from then on.

Tris thought about it carefully, wondering just what kind of mess she could put herself in by joining the two of them. But she remembered something her father used to say to her; you'll never know until you try. Licking her lips slowly, Tris nodded. "Alright... Alright."

JJ smiled. "Good. I'm glad you have made the right decision. After we rescue my friend, you will be untouchable by anyone on this team. Me, Tarin, or my friend. You'll have a guaranteed safe passage by this team, should you happen to cross it again." The gears in JJ's head were turning at an unbelievable speed now, since he just gained a new weapon from which the benefits are larger than any other.

Tarin gave a goofy smile and fell backwards onto the ground. "Ah...what a beautiful friendship." he gave a small chuckle.

Tris straightened up and tilted her head slighty. "Where is your friend?" She asked him quietly. "If she's with another group, I could morph into their leader and send the main threats away." She told the two of them, looking down at Tarin as he collapsed onto the ground. "What's his power?"

"Uh...Ya see," Replied Tarin in a slow manner, due to his lack of sleep. He yawned a huge yawn and continued, "He's sort of a b-"

"Shut up." JJ replied as he didn't want Tarin to scare off the girl with his crude language. "I don't think he's one to be morphed into. His power is a bit out of control and I'm not sure what he goes through physically and emotionally due to it. Why don't we try a subordinate of his or something." He grabbed his knife out of his pocket and began twirling it around his finger.

Tris looked down at Tarin, her brows raising at him, though she could help but let out a small giggle. Then her expression turned serious once more and she turned back to JJ. "Then who else? I may have seen them around before."

Tarin blushed slightly at Tris's comment and looked away.

"I'm not sure. If I get you close to their camp, will you be able to recognize some?" JJ kept twirling his knife. Of all the mutants in the camp, what would be the best on to turn into...maybe that small one. He can control the plants, making him very useful, but he's got a small and fragile frame, leaving Tris vulnerable.
