Vosayra grinned and nodded, crushing the feather exuberantly with all the energy that was bubbling up inside her at the thought of being normal again...normal again! Oh, she couldn't wait, she really couldn't. She glanced with curious interest at the symbols Koralov made in the air, reminding her of the kind Anri had made when she'd made Koralov's sunburn solution, and as the water changed colors, she handed him the thoroughly mashed-up bowl of feather bits. "This good?" she asked eagerly.

Anri grinned at Zulu's praise, leaning over to kiss him. "Thanks," she replied, scraping away a last bit of the shale, leaving a rather rough-looking, but mostly stone-free, piece of rose quartz. "Is that good? Is there anything else you need me to do?"

"That's perfect." Zulu smiled and leaned forward, kissing Anri on the forehead affectionately. "I can make this into several stones for a necklace if you want." He wanted to make something special for her- perhaps he should spend a bit of his magic and look for metal. It took a lot out of him to weave metal from the ground, but it would be well worth it to see Anri happy.

"That's good." Koralov said in satisfaction and took the bowl, dumping the contents into the potion. It fizzed more before he took a good chunk of the opalite and dropped it in as well, the mixture bubbling and fizzing violently before it shrunk, looking to be 'soaked' up by the stone. Koralov waited until the stone was finished glowing, drawing another rune over it and then shook it out of the bottle into his hand. It looked to be a copper colored stone now- not at all like it once had been. "Alright- this should do it." He said, handing it to her with a warm smile.

((Alright, a few more and I need to get some sleep >_< Sorry to be so lame))

Anri smiled and leaned against him as he kissed her forehead. "Surprise me," she grinned, holding his hand as she gave him the quartz...and then she heard Koralov say he was done and turned to watch the transformation.

Vosayra grinned broadly as Koralov finished his spell, letting out a long, nervous exhale as she blinked at the stone. "Here goes nothing..." she muttered, smiling at Koralov before taking the stone.

And instantly giving a yell of pain as fire seemed to surge through her, pressing and ripping and burning and she'd broken bones before but never felt anything like this. She almost dropped the stone but managed not to, wobbling a bit on her feet and staggering backward.

And then, as quickly as it had started, it was over, the pain was gone. She blinked, feeling the coolness of the sun against her skin, her tail gone, the horns vanished, her skin itself again. She lifted her hands and examined them as if she couldn't believe her eyes, then grinned at Koralov and gave a loud cry, pumping her fist in the air. "Yes! Oh, sweet Calista, YES!" She threw her arms around Koralov in a tight hug and covered his face in kisses.

((Ha ha, no worries. c: I need to get to bed early tonight myself.))

Koralov laughed happily as threw her arms around him, wrapping his arms around her and holding her tightly against him. She was beautiful- Gods, why had she been worried? "There see? Back to your old skin." He said, kissing her gently, not caring whether Zulu or Anri saw. "Feel better?" He smirked.

Zulu smiled at the sight of Vosayra turned back to normal and bent to the ground. Where there was shale, there could be silver deposits- and silver would go wonderfully with rose quartz. He set his hands against the ground, closing his eyes as he concentrated, flowing his magic out through the ground to search for metal.

((Alright bed time XD

I'll ttyl :3))

Vosayra grinned back at Koralov, kissing him enthusiastically and pulling back to look at him...and let him get a better look at her. "Much," she grinned, her hazel eyes sparkling. "So... Miss the horns yet?" she asked, half joking and half serious.

Anri turned to let Koralov and Vosayra have some small amount of privacy, looking at Zulu and remembering the feeling of seeing his real self for the first time, and him seeing hers. He squatted near the ground, his palm against it, and, curious, she knelt down beside him, wondering what he was doing. His eyes were closed and he appeared to be concentrating, so she didn't want to distract him, but she kept an eye on what he was doing anyway.

Koralov smiled and leaned forward to kiss her softly before moving back again. "I like the real you. Like this, with such soft skin." He ran a finger over her cheek and grinned wryly. "I'll have to memorize every inch of you again."

Zulu smiled with his eyes remaining closed, finding a small deposit of platinum only a few yards beneath the surface. A light sweat broke out on his forehead as he wound the metal up through the rock and sand beneath him, streaming it like a small string of water until it seemed to float out of the ground, swirling below his hand restlessly. He formed it into a long rod of metal, looking down at it in satisfaction. He held it up to Anri, wiping his forehead as he held it out to her. "Think this will go well with the rose quartz?"

((Sorry for not getting on in like... 2 days XD))

((Ha ha, no worries. c;))

Vosayra chuckled and leaned into him, murmuring, "Is that a promise?" She kissed him back, savoring the taste...she felt like his finger running against her cheek was so much more...there than before, like the leathery, rubbery skin hadn't been able to feel as much as her normal skin. Everything about Koralov seemed magnified, now, and she couldn't get enough of him.

Anri blinked and gasped in wonder as a flowing stream of...metal...? came from the ground, solidifying at last into a rod in Zulu's hands. "That was amazing!" she cried, taking the rod but throwing her arms around him in a hug. "Zulu, that was wonderful! How did you even do that? It's beautiful!"

"Of course it's a promise." Koralov smiled reassuringly, wrapping his arms around her, holding her waist gently.

Zulu smiled happily, glad that she liked it. "It's how I get my metal- if I find something within reach, I can get it directly from the ground. I can't do it too much though, because it uses a lot of magic." He looked down at the rod in her hand, smiling again. "I'm glad you like it- that's a rather soft metal, so I can do some intricate work with it, if you want."

Vosayra grinned and ran her fingers through Koralov's hair, not having to worry now about accidentally hurting him with her claws. She blinked in surprise. "Gods, your hair is soft," she murmured, stroking it, running her fingers through it over and over again. "You might have a hard time getting my hands off you now, love."

Anri grinned and gave a low whistle. "Well, that was amazing, however you did it," she smiled, kissing his forehead, brushing away a few drops of sweat with her fingers. "And I want you to surprise me. Whatever you give me, I'll love it because you gave it to me." She chuckled and rolled her eyes. "Though really, my birthday isn't for a long time, so you don't need to worry about it, you know..."

"I think I can deal with that." Koralov grinned, leaning into her touch with a soft smile. It was nice to feel her hand as he knew it 'normally' should be- he was used to her hand being different, but the idea of finding new things about her excited him.

Zulu chuckled and nodded. "The best projects take a long time to make." he explained. "It's better I start earlier rather than later. Besides, I like making you things."
