Ezio opened one silver eye and stared blearily at her before shutting it again and releasing her. He stretched and curled again facing the other side, pulling the covers over his head when the sun shone on him.

When she was released, Ariana climbed out of the bed, squinting her eyes at the sun shone through, and headed into the bathroom. Before she entered the bathroom, she pulled out some clothes from the closet she had hung her new ones in. She hung her clothes over the side of the bath, turned on the tap and splashed some cold water onto her face to wake her up, staring into the mirror for a minute. Inhaling deeply, Ariana undressed from her pyjamas and changed into the clothes.

As he did every day, Fang stretched as his internal clock told him that it was time to wake up his master. The large dog pawed at his master's door until it creaked open and slipped inside. Seeing Ezio under the covers, he padded over to the foot of the bed and grabbed the covers with his mouth, making sure not to rip it with his teeth. He pulled the covers back but it was only enough to expose the top of Ezio's head. The dog stepped back and gave another tug. This continued for a while until Ezio's bed covers were around his waist and Fang hopped up onto the bed before giving his master a good morning lick to the face.

Once Ariana was changed into her clothes, she folded up her pyjamas and grabbed for her toothbrush. She stared into the mirror for a while, opening her mouth to reveal her fangs. Raising her index finger, she pressed the tip of it against one of her fangs, waiting until a small amount of blood came out. She done this a lot, just to make sure they were still sharp. Ariana then switched on the tap to wash away the blood, then started to brush her teeth.

Ezio pushed at Fang's face, though the large husky continued to lick at his face until he finally woke up. He let out an irritated growl and glared at the large dog. Seeing that his job was done, Fang panted up at him before going out of the room.

Half-awake, he headed for the bathroom to relieve himself, not noticing Ariana by the sink or her clothes on the bath because his eyes were still half-lidded and heavy with the urge to go back to bed.

After brushing her teeth, Ariana splashed her face with water to wake herself up a bit more. She jumped when Ezio walked into the bathroom, and a slight frown appeared on her face. "Didn't I lock the door?" She asked, though the question was mainly to herself,

Hearing Ariana's voice seemed to register something in Ezio's mind and the gray-eyed vampire finally seemed to wake up properly. He finished up, flushed the toilet, and turned to her. "I forgot to mention that the door to the bathroom is weird." he told her. "It sometimes stays unlocked and other times, it locks without warning." he explained.

Ariana chewed on her lower lip gently, looking away from him as he spoke. "I'll remember that," she said with a nod before collecting her things and walking out of the bathroom. She placed her pyjamas in the bottom of the closet outside of the bathroom and made her way into the kitchen to grab a drink. She hoped that wouldn't happen everyday, otherwise she'd be going crazy within a few weeks.

Ezio shrugged at her reaction before going about his early morning rituals. Brush teeth, wash face, tidy up bathroom, head to bed room and change. He changed into a pair of jeans and a loose fitting black shirt before shrugging on a button up shirt and leaving it open.

Fang's head snapped up when Ariana entered the kitchen and the dog padded up to her, sitting in front of her and barking.

Ariana pulled a glass out from one of the cupboards and half-filled it with orange juice from the fridge. She rolled her eyes at Fang and looked down at him, placing the glass on the bench. "What do you want?" She asked the dog, as if it could speak back to her. Her arms crossed over her chest and she leaned against the bench, sighing.
