Averian frowned slightly at that. "And why is that? You already said you didn't have a girlfriend so is it that you don't like guys?" He asked a serious expression on his face as he talked, he wondered why Daniel was being so hard to convince, but had decided he was going to do anything he could to convince the boy.

Daniel blushed slightly and said, "No, I um.... go both ways." He shook his head at his word choice, but he really didn't feel like saying it outright. "I just.... well... people have gotten hurt because of me.... and I don't want that to happen again." he said, frowning.

Averian tilted his head slightly confused. "Well I can assure you that I don't easily get hurt, so as long as you go both ways there shouldn't be a problem. Besides if I get hurt then it would be my fault since I'm the one who's coming onto you." He said a bit relieved that it wasn't because Daniel didn't like guys.

He shook his head. "No... it's no one's fault but my own. And knowing that it could be prevented.... believe me, Averian. I'm not good news." He frowned, sighing deeply. He was really, really starting to like this guy.... but he couldn't be with him.

"Ayaa. You seem to have to many problems, that's why when you come to a bar you should drink, that way you won't have to think about annoying things. Plus who says I like good news, bad news is usually more fun and interesting then good." He said grinning.

"This isn't fun or interesting... believe me." he muttered, looking down at the table. He was really starting to become sad now.... a really hot guy was showing major interest in him, and he had to turn him down. Daniel sighed, wondering why he, of all people, had to be an incubus.

"I'll only believe you if you can tell me or show me why it's such a bad idea, then I can decide for myself whether I think it is or not." Averian said looking at Daniel trying to think of anyway to convince him.

Daniel shook his head furiously, absentmindedly taking another sip of water. "I.... can't. I'm sorry... but... just believe me. I'm not a good guy." he said with a sigh, getting more sad by the second. Hm... did he say that alcohol can help me not think about these things? he asked himself, eyeing the bartender.

"Well then I hope you know I plan to follow you around until you either give in or can give me a real good reason as to why I should give up." Averian said, he could be extremely stubborn when he wanted to and this was one of those times. Seeing Daniel eye the bartender he grinned. "Oi bartender some more alcohol over here please." He called to the bartender.

Daniel sighed, knowing he would have to think up another reason that would cause him to not be good for Averian. When he called for the bartender, though, Daniel blinked at him, his mouth dropping open slightly. "I told you I don't drink!" he exclaimed, even though he was starting to feel the want for one.
