Appearance: Niko is a stereotypical “tough guy.” With his tall body, about six feet four inches, and muscular build, he intimidates many people. His messy, shaggy hair is a chocolate brown, going down to his mid-ear. His hair covers his forehead, but whenever he is thinking or angry, his forehead scrunches up so it looks like he has wrinkles. His intense, yet deep eyes are also chocolate brown, matching his hair, and his eyebrows are medium-sized, not too bushy, but not too thin, either. His nose is slightly off-center, and his nostrils flare out slightly. His lips are relatively full, and tinted a light pink. His jaw is prominent, adding to his tough look. He has one ear piercing, on his right earlobe. He always wears a small diamond stud, not caring what other people think about it. His shoulders are broad, and he always wears tight plain tee-shirts that accentuates his muscles. Since he doesn’t care about appearances, he always wears what is comfortable, so along with his tee-shirts, is almost always seen wearing some sort of basketball shorts and sneakers.
Personality: Even though Niko puts on a tough guy facade, he can be really sweet once you get to know him. He gets irritated very easy, and won’t put up with any crap. If someone (or something) is bothering, he won’t hesitate to get in a fight. On the other hand, when with people he knows and likes, he takes down his ‘barrier’, and lets them see the true him, caring and sweet.
History: Niko was born into a large family, and is the youngest of five boys. His parents are the stereotypical successful couple; high-paying jobs, picture perfect children. However, Niko knew that he was always different from his older brothers. While his brothers went chasing after girls….. Niko found himself pining for the boys from a distance. It wasn’t until he was older, however, that he figured out why. He lived a relatively normal life until he was eleven… and that was when he realized he was gay. He came out when he was thirteen…. And his life was never the same after that. He started to be teased at school, and his family shunned him. This is when he started to put up his tough guy act… so people wouldn’t see that he was hurting on the inside. Gone was the sweet, innocent Niko…. And in was the irritable, rebellious teenager that his parents had threatened to kick out more than once.

Age: Sixteen
Appearance: Jack is of less-than-average height, and could probably be called short, but he hates that. He’s slender, too, with pale skin and pretty facial features, pink lips and big blue-grey eyes.
Jack has straight blond hair that falls to jaw-length, and he has a slightly tatty fringe that half-covers one of his eyes in an attempt to look cool and badass rather than just ‘cute’.
Jack usually wears dark jeans and bright t-shirts, not realising said shirts usually make him look more cute and girly than he already does. He actually loathes looking so girlish, he just can’t find a way to do anything about it.
Personality: Jack gets upset and worked up easily, and usually gets sad instead of angry. He craves company all the time, not liking being alone at all. He’s perfectly content to sit in silence and do nothing, so long as there’s someone there to do it with. He hates being ignored, and will sometimes take a small diva-fit if something doesn’t go his way.
History: Jack’s mother died when he was a little kid, not even a month old. He never really missed her, having not been old enough to remember what she was like, and it didn’t really bother him. He had a distant relationship with his dad, but when he came out and started dating boys (specifically, Niko) it got a hell of a lot worse. Jack always put a brave face on it and kept up a smile, but he was hurting. He’d never had many friends at school, and now he didn’t even have any family for support. He seemed happy, but anyone who really knew him would be able to tell he was miserable.

Age: Seventeen
Appearance: Kai is about average height, maybe a little bit taller. He has quite pale skin, and is slender almost to the point of skinniness. The cast of his features is clearly half-Asian, and just a little bit feminine. His face is oval-shaped, with big dark brown eyes framed by girly lashes and pink lips.
Kai's hair is naturally black, but he dyes it dark purple. When left to it's own devices, it's flat and straight and falls to almost shoulder length, but he styles it to make it big and spiky and has a long, diagonally-cut side fringe that covers almost all of the right side of his face.
Kai tends to wear tight t-shirts and tighter jeans, with lots of accessories ranging from simply wristguards to electric orange clips in his hair. He wears makeup, too- sometimes just eyeliner, but often with mascara and foundation, and, very rarely, lipstick.
Personality: Kai generally keeps to himself. He likes attention, but not attention that makes him have to talk to people. He has a deep love and manga and anime, and will almost always be found reading, watching or drawing it. He adores rock music too, whether it's in English or Japanese (which he doesn't really speak a word of, a fact that he loathes). He is quite calm and clear-headed, and never seems to show much emotion.
History: Kai's biological parents are Kyoko Lewis, a Japanese girl who lived in England at the time, and a sperm donor he doesn't even know the name of. He was raised by Kyoko and her wife, Rebecca. He lived in England for quite some time, in Blackpool. His life was pretty normal- he spent a lot of time at theme parks and on beaches (obviously). He got interested in Japanese culture, manga and music and such. He went through minor bullying at secondary school because of his sexuality, his parents being a lesbian couple and because he was biracial, but nothing scarring.
About a week ago, Kai moved to America, and is busy getting settled in there and ready to start at his new school.
